How can you claim to be Boston market and yet not have any of the flavors of it? It tasted like the dollar tree version of the real thing. Watery elbow macaroni, super dry chicken, stale cornbread, and mashed potatoes that I could have made with instant box. Very disappointing and it makes sense that they are closing left and right around this area

So disappointed! I just wasted over $12 for a 3 piece dark meal w/ 2 sides, no drink (because their machine was down). The chicken was like jerky. No flavor and dried out beyond anything that should have been served. And how do you mess up the cornbread? Well, they did. The countdown is on for this location to close.

They should just close this location for good already!! They don’t hv a lot of their menu items & they close whenever. Like tonight they closed at 8 pm (hand written note on door) …. on google they close at 10 pm, on the door it says 9.30……. BUT after reading the other recent reviews I’m glad they were closed & didn’t get food from there.

When you pull up at 7 PM, a.k.a. dinner time on a weekday and the parking lot is completely empty in a restaurant. You should take that as a warning. You were sold out of the national hot chicken so you decide to just put a piece of chicken on a piece of bread and think that that's worth nine dollars? And you forgot my wife's cornbread? I can't imagine why you only have a 2.4 star rating

What happened to Boston Market?! Seriously I’ve loved this place since the 90s, family picked it up today and it was garbage…came in a styrofoam box, the chicken was blah, the macaroni and cheese was elbow…ELBOW, not the cheesy twirls of heaven…even the corn bread was an inch thick….I’m sad, but chapter 11 must be close for this once great place.

I came in recently after not going for a few weeks and The manager Augustin was very attentive and accommodating. He has been understanding and apologetic as they’re having some issues. The food wasn’t terrible but it’s clear some changes have been made. I had the white meat with spinach and potatoes and I enjoyed it. It’s a shame this restaurant is going downhill due to upper management because it was my favorite place to eat.
It's so sad to how shabby BM has become. They didn't have the same old items I used to love and almost all the sodas where out of stock. No chicken pot pies. The served the food in foam take out containers...this was for dining in. Just sad...

I've heard a lot about the food at Boston Market, but never tried it. I'm not sure why people had so many good things to say about this food. The Chicken had burnt leathery skin that had NO SEASONING, the Mashed Potatoes tasted watery, the Macaroni and Cheese noodles weren't cooked long enough, the cheese tasted imitation. The Corn tasted like it was dumped straight out of a can. And their FAMOUS Cornbread was dry. I'm sorry, but this food was awful! I'm not sure if it was just this location, but I will not waste my money eating here again. Maybe you're not allowed to put Salt on the food, but get creative using Garlic Powder and other seasonings to at least give your food some kind of flavor! 1 Star! Don't let the hype fool you!!!

I just got sick here, & the side orders were bland. Sweet potato wasn't sweet, expect nothing on them and nothing in the spinanch. We ended up having to drive straight to chick fila just to get some sweetness. Couldn't eat the mc and the cheese as I needed to vomit from the food here. Cancelling my evening plans. I should have checked the reviews!

This was disgusting. As someone that used to eat Boston market all the time. This isn’t it. First off the cornbread is more like a roll. They cut it with more flour or something? nothing like it should be. . Like eating a brick. The “Mac and cheese” was just noodles with some yellow stuff on it. No cheese flavor. And actual I didn’t let me son eat it because it tasted like chemicals or something. I took one bite and was stuck with the after taste for like 5 mins. Def wasn’t cheese taste. Like zero gravy on my mashed potatoes. And some canned corn. For people that have never experienced true Boston market Sorry this is all you get. Go to grocery store and get a rotisserie chicken and the sides they have available there cause this is the same.
