DO NOT Recommend !!!! We booked a 10 top VIP table for NYE ($1,000) We had a tab with about $400+ and two other tabs with $300+ and tipped CASH to managers and waiter $200+
Let’s start with they had zero security watching VIP tables. Entire night we would have to keep telling strangers to stop stealing from our table (drinks, food, souvenirs). I caught a woman stuffing her pants (YES HER PANTS) with our table food and topping off all her friends cups with our bottles. We told the waiter and nothing was done.
This happened through out the night. We drove from DC to be apart of this NYE event. You would think if a VIP table costs $1000, you would at least have a secured table as promised with no issues.
Spoke to the manager and from the $2,000+ spent that night, he was only able to refund $40? Which is a slap in the face and complete disrespect.
Also to add a clutch was stolen with all the cash missing In it too but we didn’t make a fuss about it. Even though this wouldn’t had happened if there was security there and hovering over VIPS
We need better customer service and better compensation for these troubles. The worst experience for NYE after traveling from so far. 100% do not recommend.

Great atmosphere, excellent food & service. My mom was in from out of town & our bartender Ron was so friendly and attentive. The GM, Brandon was engaging & between the two of them, they offered great food & beverage suggestions. Prices were very reasonable as well. Will definitely return.

I had to come back to say, we will definitely come back . We were invited to a surprise birthday event. Upon arrival there was a drunk man at the door, he was being kindly told he can't come back in. The security guy looked at us and said hey guys go on in, We went in and was immediately told we're we needed to go. Now I say all this to say we don't go out much so we had no idea of the dress code ( we were dressed urban) The atmosphere was casual, we immediately felt uncomfortable because we weren't dressed correctly. They paid that no mind, they continued to ask were we comfortable? and did we need drinks to warm us up . We were on the roof top, We eventually left because it was very cold no fault of theirs they had proper heating lamps and a lil fire table☺️. Cozy atmosphere. I just want to say thank you for not pointing out we were dressed incorrectly, thank you for making us feel welcomed and safe. Guys check this place out please it's wonderful and we will definitely come back for a date night or friends night out dressed the correct way. 💯

We selected inside seats since the weather was a little chilly, but I cannot wait to return and set upstairs or on one of the gorgeous patios. The ambiance is very classy and low key. Excellent food and service. The GM Brandon came out to chat and give us pointers on the menu and other locales downtown. Will def be back!!

The Botanical Lounge on Glenwood South in downtown Raleigh is a gem among the city's bar scene. Though modest in size, its two floors each offer a well-stocked bar and a cozy, inviting atmosphere that feels refreshingly understated compared to some of its louder downtown counterparts. The staff, though busy, remained attentive and ensured we felt taken care of throughout the evening. Drinks were fairly priced, striking a nice balance between quality and value. Overall, this is a great spot for a relaxed yet vibrant night out. Five stars, without hesitation!

The food is outstanding, with the crispy potatoes and croquettes being absolute must-tries. The ribeye steak is, without a doubt, the best steak I've ever had—perfectly cooked. I highly recommend adding this spot to your list, you won't be disappointed!
