I don't usually leave Google reviews, but I have been frequenting Boulted Bread for a few months now, and I can safely say it's my favorite bakery in the triangle! All of the bread, pastries, and drinks that I have tried have been truly phenomenal. My go-tos thus far have been the seeded levain, the ham and cheese croissant, and the morning bun. I highly recommend! The customer service is always fantastic as well. The young lady with curly hair and silver rings (Lizzie, I think her name is) always helps me find what I need and leaves a smile on my face. She isn't a bad looker, either - don't tell my wife I said that! I'm only taking away one star because it has been SO HOT in there recently. I worry for the ladies and gents working there. Cheers!

Lovely little place! Me and my friends got some super yummy baked goods. I personally didn’t get anything to drink but my friends got a cappuccino and a matcha raspberry Tonic, which I thought was super creative and yummy. Definitely going to come back to try more :)

Always crowded, always excellent- worth the wait. Their coffee is as consistently excellent as the rest

I'm the type who will go to all bakeries till I fall in love and there are 2 winners 🏆 in Raleigh. Bolted is one of the best. On the weekends there is a line. But so worth it😋

I had a taste for something sweet after church so I googled local bakeries. This place was further out of my way than I wanted however I am determined to feed my body what it's deserves. Quality food made from quality ingredients with Love and Care. This place is worth the drive. The ham and cheese croissant and chocolate chip cookie had me twerking for Jesus as I was driving. It felt so Great to eat something that tastes amazing, Is fresh and not full of preservatives and toxins. But don't take my word for it. Try for yourself!

So many yummy pastries to choose from! The morning bun was the best I’ve ever have. The iced latte paired perfectly. Despite it being busy on a late Sunday morning the line moved fast. Highly recommend!

😋 tried Boulted Bread for the first time and man loved their breads. They are fluffy and layered. Ordered coffee and biscuits which didn’t disappointed as well.

Best tasting breads and baked goods with healthy ingredients and none of the cheap oils, chemicals, extenders and fillers you find in store-bought goods, and they mill their own flour, so you know it's fresh! Also, excellent coffee!

Probably the best bakery in the area. They offer a wide variety of unique and delicious breads and baked goods. My favorites are the focaccia, sesame bread, and shortbread cookies. The croissant with carrot and cheese was a delightful discovery, though a bit too indulgent.
