I don't usually leave Google reviews, but I have been frequenting Boulted Bread for a few months now, and I can safely say it's my favorite bakery in the triangle! All of the bread, pastries, and drinks that I have tried have been truly phenomenal. My go-tos thus far have been the seeded levain, the ham and cheese croissant, and the morning bun. Lovely little place! Me and my friends got some super yummy baked goods. I personally didn’t get anything to drink but my friends got a cappuccino and a matcha raspberry Tonic, which I thought was super creative and yummy. Definitely going to come back to try more :)
I'm the type who will go to all bakeries till I fall in love and there are 2 winners 🏆 in Raleigh. Bolted is one of the best. On the weekends there is a line. But so worth it😋
