Valentine's Day, so we expected very busy. Actually only half-full. Long wait to be seated, 25 mins wait to give drink order. (Only reason we stayed is thinking everyplace else all booked.) Another 30 mins to order dinner; waiter apologized for long waits but unable to explain reason. We had to ask two separate employees about dinner; it finally arrived. My steak was slightly overcooked but edible. My wife ordered a BLT, and it came with NO bacon. Asked busboy to see Mgr and via him she sent it back, then waiter stopped by and thought she had already finished her meal. Replaced sandwich was substandard. Mgr offered to deduct 20% off the check. Overall a very disappointing experience. We recommend skipping Braise.

Made a reservation only to find out that the dining room wasn’t being used and dinner would be served in the lounge… not what I was expecting from a restaurant as well spoken of as this place.Needless to say we did not stay… maybe we will give it another shot in the future.

I wanted this to be good, the dining options within a half mile of this hotel include, several national chains of good upscale casual food, they all would have been a better choice than eating in. The chicken is salty, and contains less than 4 ounces total is like they took a breast cut out into half, then used half that for the food, fries are bland and dry. Brussel sprouts are under cooked the sauce is overcooked and just does not work. The only reason this is not a 1 star is that the bartender Jennifer was very good, fast, quick service.Avoid if you can

This was our first experience with Braise and most definitely the last. We were there to enjoy a Thanksgiving buffet. The food was good but cold. Our waitress did not speak English and it was very frustrating. We advised management that there were 3 girls(about 10 yrs old) that were going up to buffet and taking food with there hands. We saw that do this saw them numerous times with the fruit tray. So they changed out fruit tray but didn't advise their parents. So when they refillled tray they did it again. Also sneezed in their hands and did it again. I went to management again They apologized and said they would get me my food from the kitchen. What about their other guests. With Covid this is highly unacceptable We paid bill and left. Will not return. No way to treat their guests!

Made reservations for Thanksgiving dinner, posted cost $34.95. Thinking we made reservations for the restaurant we sat and waited at the seating by the bar because no one was in the restaurant (3pm). After sitting for a while I asked the bartender why the restaurant was not opened since we had a reservation and she told us we needed to go down the hall. We were seated in a banquet room and had our meal. The mashed potatoes were over-salted the only dessert left pumpkin pie once we finished our meal had too much cloves and was very gelatinous. They had some foreign fish that I sampled that had no flavor. The salad was delicious and so was the beats and tomato salad. Once we finished our meal and went to pay we were charged $59 and change and we were shocked. Once we got back to the bar area there was a gentleman that we saw in the banquet area and we asked him why we were charged $59 when I reservations were for $34.95 and we were just told that they tried to do the reservation separately for the restaurant and the banquet area and it obviously did not work out that well. He asked what he could do for us and my friend said a refund of the difference of what we paid over what we expected to pay and he just looked at us not saying anything. We left telling ourselves we would never go back.

We came for the Thanksgiving Day buffet. The food was quite good overall. We thought the shrimp cocktail was very tough and overcooked. Overall, after getting back to our table with our food choices, all of the hot food in the chafing dishes was just slightly warm. That was the thing for us that has sent us looking for a new place next year.

I have no complaints. Everything was great. Wait staff was helpful and friendly. I had been there about ten years ago with another couple. The food and service was great both times. Thanks.

Excellent hotel restaurant and bar. Open late. Very helpful and attentive staff. The only negative thing for me was their coffee. I even walked across the street in the early morning to get Starbucks. Other than that, I was satisfied and happy with this restaurant.

Decided to dine here because I was staying at the hotel. Drink menu was limited for signature cocktails. I ordered shrimp and grits and it has by far been the worse I've ever had. I literally only ate the six shrimps out of the meal, due to the grits still being clumped and the Cajun Creme sauce not so good. Cocktail was subpar for the price.

We had drinks and an appetizer at the bar late on a Sunday. It was excellent service.

Worst and most bland shrimp and grits ever. I asked for bacon to put on it and I still couldn’t eat more than three bites of it. Just awful!
