So vibey...
I had coffee. It was totally ok. My sandwich was pretty good. Atmosphere could use some help and a bit of cleaning and maintenance wouldn’t hurt. My staff made my coffee, not sure they wanted to be at work though. This is a place to get coffee.

I absolutely love this coffee shop! The team of baristas is incredibly friendly and always makes my visits enjoyable. The online ordering process is quick and seamless, which makes grabbing my coffee on busy days a breeze. The coffee is consistently great, and their flavored lattes have the perfect balance of syrup, milk, and coffee — you can still taste the quality of the coffee itself. Highly recommend!

I love their avocado toast. The issue I have is that there were so many people there “working” that there were no tables available for people to sit and eat. I know people work remotely and a lot work from coffee shops, but I suggested to the manager that there be a few tables for dine in patrons only. If I cannot eat in, I most likely won’t be back. And that stinks as I really do love the avocado toast.

best matcha in raleigh!
The new baristas need more practice making espresso. The ones that have been around for awhile are excellent.

Ordered a cappuccino with oat milk and it was the best. Very smooth and creamy.

After reading Willow Thomas's review stating that the staff at Brew had kicked out an old man with a service dog, I immediately came to see how I would be treated with my service dog. I was told that they don't allow pets, and I told them that that's fine, because I don't have one.
He was careful with his wording, but obviously this is a big thing on their agenda. This is the only place in Wake County that has ever even mentioned my service dog, other than to praise and offer treats.
The coffee was quite good, albeit too small, and they don't offer multiple sizes. The space itself felt sterile, almost unfinished. The plastic chairs seem designed to get you out quickly.

I used to come here because I knew they have a great coffee. Last few times, the coffee hasnt been good at all. Milk is burned, terribly made foam. The coffee is very bitter. When I ask if they can re do my cappuccino, the girl gave me horrible attitude, couldn’t look more annoyed and didn’t even say anything.
