Classless jagoffs wouldn't serve us because they fumbled our checks and we were undercharged. Came back the next night and got snarky comments from the manager as soon as we got there and didn't feel welcome so we left. Low tier management and piss poor customer service to say the very least... don't expect much from The BidenHouse.

I had my bridal shower them on February 17 and it was amazing. My first time there. My bridal team picked the spot because of the karaoke. It was awesome.Parking: Awesome

Awesome wings with excellent blue cheese. Beer was cold and service was on time. Will be back as the environment was great. Went in on karaoke night and had no idea. People singing were actually awesome. Will be back.

The best place to drink beer, eat tater tots, and watch sports at a reasonable price. Staff have always been nice to me, and there are more than enough TVs to catch your game there.

The staff there is the worst everyone there walked around and never saw me sitting for like 15 mins I cleaned my own table everyone was standing around talking a waitress came a table over from me and still didn't see me then when a family came to a table in front of me she ran out to clean a table for them and got their drink order I had to get up walk and ask if she was the only waitress she said no I said I had been there for awhile she got someone else to wait on me his service was great he apologized the food was good but I won't go back cause 4 people ignored me also the manager walked around there not even looking to see what was going on in his restaurant I'm waitress so I know the business

I absolutely enjoy this place, I gave it a 3 for atmosphere, because sometimes it can be loud and have a younger crowd and if that's not your speed, it may be a bit overwhelming. However, the food is fantastic, the bartenders are kind, attentive and wonderful, and I always have a lovely experience when I go there. Especially when I shut out all of the bartenders who are each amazing in their own way. Great weekly deals on drinks and food, and very reasonable prices and good portions. Friday night is karaoke and it is one of the hottest in the city, so I definitely recommend you popping in for that!
Ordered takeout because parking was CRAZY and the place was packed. I really loved their French fries when they were hot and fresh, but by the time we got home the room-temp fries were not as good. The turkey club desperately needed Mayo, and the bread was soft like a grilled cheese bread instead of crispy like toasted bread, which was disappointing. Their sloppy Joe mix was very sweet tasting, mostly the taste of ground beef and ketchup. Based on our experience, I’d be willing to come back and try other things.
