Love this place. We were lucky to find a table and hang out and eat. I could see it easily needing more tables outside to enjoy the food

This shop was nice and clean I was disappointed they only had 3 donuts i could choose from. I orded 2 of them with a croissant bacon egg and cheese. I have to say I was so disappointed in both donuts
I went to take a bit and both had a tough pull like it was old with extra glaze. I actually had to throw it away. The sandwich was decent.
I've waited awhile to try these donuts AND CAN YOU SAY DISAPPOINTED.

Loved this place! I wish there were inside tables you could sit at, but there is an outdoor area. I don't usually rate after going to a place only once, but here we are.

Donuts were so fresh and absolutely delicious. Cute and ample outside seating and tasty lattes! Services was only letdown- cashier was very sweet but person who appeared to be manager or owner was very rude and unfriendly multiple times to myself and other. Hoping she was just having a bad day as I’d certainly frequent weekly if service was better.

Absolutely delicious bakery. Had bacon, egg and cheese everything bagel… one of the tastiest I’ve had in a long while. Applewood smoked bacon so it gives a lovely sweet, salty, meaty taste. Good fresh not too chewy bagel. Also had a sourwood honey donut which was heaven. Super fluffy not too sweet. yeasty but not too yeasty. Chill vibe here. Prices are a little high but the food is great. There’s a nice stretch of grass for pets or kids to play. They have simple lawn sports for kids if you want them and water bowls for pets. Would definitely come again.

The donuts are made with great ingredients, but they're not that great. Atmosphere is great, especially if you have kids, but donuts are so so.

Good out of the way...neighborhood coffee and donut shop. I use to go down there 60 years ago to watch N/S turn the train cars around. Glad there is a neighborhood spot there now.

We love Brightspot! So much so, we just had our son’s 4th birthday there because he is obsessed with donuts (and trains) and the train tracks are right there! Emily and the team was great to work with! the children loved the donuts and adults loved the coffee and bagels!

Great place, great donuts. Ordered online and the pickup was simple. My iced latte was made when I picked up the order so it wasn’t watered down.

Ordered the croquettes this am and can say they looked beautiful but were possibly the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. Once bitten the inside was a cool mass of gray yuck. Did not see or taste any ham in the one I ate. Just oniony gray goop. I think they need a reboot on this recipe. Wish I could have called them instead of writing this review. They don’t post their phone number. Donuts I had were on point. Happy Donut Day. 2025

Fun place to stop in for a sweet treat! Great coffee, too. If you prefer savory foods, I love the galette madame

This reminded me of a corporate coffee shop in a mid gentrified neighborhood. The prices matched as well. The glazed donut was fine, a bit chewy with a nice glaze. All in all if you’re close it’s a fine spot but I don’t think I’d make a trip for it. 6.8/10

I was super stoked to try this community spot, but unfortunately the donuts didn't quite live up the aesthetic. The positive is that the donuts themselves had good flavor, but that's only if you get past just how oily they are. The texture of the toppings also seemed a bit hard, for example the chocolate topping seemed a bit grainy. Flavor combinations sound interesting, but I was told the sugar and spice was sugar and coriander. I got it, but it didn't taste like coriander at all. I guess that might be a good thing. Service was not super friendly or helpful, which I'd expect for a location like this. As a first time customer, I just felt like it was Dunkin Donuts counter service. I really wish I could give this place another shot, but there are many other spots I'd try first. Sad to say, not worth the calories!
