Inexplicably, the hostess sat at a booth that needed to have the seats cleaned. She then sent for the waitress to come and wipe off the seats, but they didn't dry them. We dried them ourselves with the napkins we were provided then ask to have them replaced. Could not quite figure out why we just weren't seated at another of several booths that appeared to be ready. The food we were served was good, but the evening just didn't get off on the best foot.
Neil our server was wonderful. He even brought a bowl of water for our service dog. Sadly there was no sampler bruschetta or flatbread available. My Brio pasta dish contained some pieces of chicken which were not edible.
The staff was very friendly but didn't come over for a while during our dining. The food was not very good and very overpriced. We were visiting from Charlotte area for a concert and would not dine here next visit.
Reserved a table for Mother's day Brunch. We ordered mimosas. After a few minutes our waiter came back to tell us that the restaurants blender was not working AND they were out of orange juice. Since when does one need a blender for a mimosa, and out of orange juice on mother's day? Wow. The food was very good but took a long time and a few plates were cold unfortunately. We noticed the table next to us had mimosas at their table so that was a bummer.
We waited almost 15 minutes after being seated before the waitress showed up at our table. After she arrived, however, she was very attentive to our needs. The food was subpar for a restaurant of this reputation. Very disappointed. The portions were small for the very high prices charged. I got the Shrimp/Eggplant dish. The cream sauce was too heavy and didn't complement the dish. My wife had the Spaghetti Bolognese. It was very sweet (not expected) which distracted from the taste experience. The other two guests with us indicated that they were disappointed in the quality and quantity of food provided and would not want to return. Overall, not a very good experience.
Always a good dining experience at Brio. The staff are engaged, helpful, and positive. The facility is clean and tidy. And the food is always top notch.
The food overall was good with the exception of the hard butter that was served for the bread, and the truffle garlic toast with ricotta was hard unable to really enjoy!
At the last minute, we decided to grab a bite to eat after a long day, and Brios is one of our favorite spots near Crabtree Valley Mall! When we arrived, we were greeted by a long line, but luckily, we had a reservation and were quickly shown to our table. Our waiter, Nick, welcomed us with a big smile and shared the specials for the day, including a delicious Lobster bisque! It turned out to be the perfect way to wind down, enjoy some good conversation, and savor some amazing food after a busy workday.
Chefs quit and they ignored reservations and just took whoever was at the front of the line.
It was a really busy night, yet our waitress Deania was focused on our needs making it a delightful experience. 60 minutes from the time we sat down to closing out check out with drinks, appetizers and the main course. It was delicious and we had a great time.

Why let me schedule a reservation at 11pm and when I get there at 10:50 pm you close at 11 pm. They need to take the reservation time down for 11:pm.

What an amazing experience! First and foremost was the customer service. Kristen pleasantly greeted, welcomed, and seated us. Found out we had the University of WV in common. Then our waiter, Robert, came over and demonstrated such a high level of customer service throughout our meal which is so hard to find these days. So amazing in his knowledge of the wine and food menu and his recommendations were excellent. He was friendly and professional, abd very accommodating. The food and wine were delicious! The decor and atmosphere was very pleasant. We'll definitely be back! Thank you, Robert and Kristen!

Worst Italian restaurant I've ever dined in. A relative took us here Thanksgiving day, most of us were from out of town and not dined here before. For one prices were more than outrageous, especially considering the small portions and poor quality of the food. The Thanksgiving special was $44 a person and they didn't offer much at all. No one ended up ordering it because of what little was offered for the price as well. Don't order the calamari, it's THEE WORST I've ever had, was absolutely 100% impossible to eat, Like chewing on a big rubberband. Not to mention that you get a portion barely enough for 2 people for the outrageous price as well. I ordered the shrimp and scallop risotto, which would have been OK if it had more seafood than it did and not so spicy. I ate 4 bites and had to stop because it was so spicy. My husband's food was mediocre at best, dry and bland. This place has a lot of bad reviews on other platforms like grubhub and others. I worked in restaurant and bar industry for 30 years and this restaurant is not worth wasting your money if you want the quality you're paying for because you're not going to get it here. Spend your money elsewhere.

Had Thanksgiving dinner with my wife and daughter. We had reservations and they were running behind by about 30 minutes which was understandable. Once we were seated, service was fantastic. Turkey, stuffing, etc were very good. Place did a great job considering it’s probably the toughest night of the year.
