EDIT: It has been on year since I visited when Brodeto first opened - my experience last week for a birthday dinner was horrible. Tuna was so salty we could hardly eat it, the new special roltano or whatever it is called we could not eat due to how salty it was. They brought out the pappardelle to replace it and it was underwhelming. No manager sent over, no discount, nothing. Extremely dissapointed. Beautiful restaurant, loud at peak times. Food menu is unique and delicious and the drinks are awesome! A must go to!

Went to celebrate a late valentines dinner with my boyfriend, and Brodeto did not disappoint. Our server was Jordan and she was amazing! Jordan was knowledgeable, attentive, and not too overbearing. We tried the focaccia with anchovy & butter, whipped ricotta, octopus, & tuna crudo. For dinner, we shared the risotto and tilefish. Everything was outstanding! Stunning and calming atmosphere, every dish came in a timely fashion, and by the end we had a hard time picking a “favorite dish” of the meal. Thank you for a phenomenal dining experience! We look forward to next time.

I'm a fan of all the Crawford establishments, but this was an especially good venture to give Raleigh something new and different. Great environment and a helpful and knowledgeable staff. I like the changing menus from season to season and haven't found anything that wasn't delicious (just make sure you leave the bread on the menu at all times!). Definitely a go-to for a great dinner and a date night stop. Will return here many times.

Brodeto has become our go-to restaurant in Raleigh for many reasons. The food is always amazing, the staff are consistently incredible (not surprising in a Crawford-run restaurant), and we always leave with a smile on our face. We love sitting at the bar because the bartenders are great conversationalists, and they also make incredible cocktails. We especially love it when Ivan is behind the bar, as he provides amazing customer service and makes drinks that are second to none. Whether you are living in Raleigh or visiting from out of town, I highly recommend Brodeto for your next dining out experience. You will not be disappointed!

We had a fantastic anniversary dinner. Absolutely everything we tasted was beyond exceptional, from the salad and bread to the pasta and main courses. Service was very prompt, friendly and professional. We very highly recommend!

Food was good, but extremely overpriced for what it is and the portions - very imbalanced. Went home after a $300 meal and… had to make dinner. Service was very great and atmosphere is nice.

Loved Brodeto so much on our first visit that we brought visiting friends back to show off food in the Triangle. The space is gorgeous. Great for date night or a small celebration. The staff is always warm and kind.
Highlights: amberjack crudo (bright, silky, omfg), scallops (my fav), focaccia (perfectly baked), and the little gem Caesar. For mains we shared the chicken-liver agnolotti (shockingly hard yes), rabbit orecchiette (hearty, cozy), linguine al nero with sea urchin (yeees), plus the whole branzino (perfectly cooked). Rounded out with the baby carrots and kabocha polenta sides.
There’s a lot of natural light during the day and at night it shifts into a cozy-lit vibe. It’s also in a cute area for a post dinner stroll :)

Not worth the price. The food was good but far from what I’d expect from this price level.
