Had a very pleasant experience. I stepped to the bathroom after ordering my lunch and upon exiting the bathroom and making my way to my seat - the cashier was standing at the register and kindly handed me my sandwich - she didn’t have to do that and it made my day. Great vibe

We placed a catering order for our fall event at work. The manger was very nice and took the time to explain how their catering process works to my coworker. It was a very stress free experience. The sandwiches and sides (pasta salad, Broccoli salad) were delicious and a good size, with no complaints from anyone. Everyone enjoyed it! I'll definitely be ordering a sandwich on my own time and for future events as well.

(Ordered through Door Dash AFTER the lunch rush.). Absolutely disgusting Rueben. Very cold meat, stale bread, no sauerkraut, and 1/2 piece of thinly sliced Swiss cheese. Called and I have to pursue this through door dash. No other option (except I could heat it myself and add sauerkraut and cheese to it I’d I wanted…). I will not order again from this establishment.

The first time I went, I got a beautiful pastrami & corn beef sandwich on rye. The 2nd time I went it was an Italian that was so/so and this 3rd and last time was a roast beef hero with tomato & mayo. It has one pore of roast beef folded in half and the tomatoes were outside of the sandwich laid flat on the top of the opening. Considering it went from great to terrible in 3 visits over 6-months, I’ll forego the 4th trip.

Recently moved here from Syracuse and I was delighted to hear about the location in Raleigh. The quality is top notch, I couldnt be happier with my experience. Shout out to my man Reggie at the counter. You guys rock, keep it up! Go Orange!

Cuban sandwich needs to be on Cuban bread. Having it on white bread is a tragedy. It doesn't even come pressed. It is not a legit Cuban sandwich. Fix that and I'll fix the review. If you aren't going to do it right, please take it off the menu.

As a south jersey guy good Delis especially New York style are extremely hard to come by in the south. They almost always end up falling short but this was gas.

I ordered a bowl and a quart of chicken soup. The reason I ordered this is because I had a dental procedure so I need soft food but I also need protein. Photograph on their website of the chicken soup shows nice large shreds of chicken. There was not a single shred of chicken in either soup which was delivered by DoorDash. So I didn't have the opportunity to complain. Is this what they do when they know they're sending takeout? Oh well don't give them any chicken because they won't be here to complain about it. This is outrageous. And DoorDash only refunded me $4.97 when I spent $18 to get the damn soup. What a rip off. You should be ashamed of yourself Brooklyn pickle!
