This is a cool little spot. Prices were just right and the food was good. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was very spicy and it was bigger than the picture showed. It was a quick in-and-out type of place too. There is a large patio so I'll be checking it out when the weather is nicer.

Food was great! Atmosphere great! First time here.The server Julie was rude!My wife didn’t hear her well when she brought our food to the table and she practically threw her plate at her. We didn’t get silverware and when I asked for some she had an attitude.Not to mention, we left a good tip, 22% after we placed our order online. Had I known I would not have tipped until later and it definitely would have been a lot less!The gentleman that was behind counter near kitchen was kind and asked if we needed anything. He checked our drinks at the register and was pleasant.Everyone else was pleasant but Julie should not be in customer service if she can’t put her frustrations away while on shift.If we return, it will be to go! But may not come back to a negative atmosphere.

Went in a few weeks ago to grab a drink while my wife and I were out and about. The bar and patio weren't too busy so I grabbed an open bar stool while my wife went to make a phone call outside. I sat there for about 10 minutes trying to get any of the 3 people behind the bar to take my order. They were chatting with the same group of people the entire time and completely ignoring me. I understand wanting to catch up with friends if they stop in while you are working, but it takes less than 2 minutes to take my order and pour a beer. I guess I'll stick to Person Street and Standard from now on.

Vegans and anyone with allergies beware! First incident, I called and asked if the zucchini fries were vegan and I even explained that I cannot have dairy. I was told it was vegan but recieved them covered in dairy parmesan.SECOND incident, we ordered two vegan chopped cheese and one non vegan. I started eating the one marked vegan and it most definitely was actual cow. It can be difficult to tell the difference just by looking at it and I am pretty furious that this is my experience with this restaurant. I can get very sick from eating what I did. You need to retrain your staff before you send someone to the freaking hospital and make sure you put items in the correct box. Protect your customers and your business. My aunt is deathly allergic to certain things and this would have gone very badly if she ate this one. I am saddened to say that I will never eat here again. Here's hoping I feel ok!

I was really surprised by the quality and detail to every aspect of my meals here . I wouldn't have thought that a place with a walk up counter would be doing high level cuisine. I've had salads, soups, wings, sandwiches all amazing. They stick to the bodega concept and it's charming. This place rocks. I return as often as I can.

Loved this place!!! They had a couple old arcade machines and the whole place was cute! Food was good and good portions as well. Service was great as well they were all very nice.
Update: we walked down and had the best service we've ever received here. Tried to sit at the bar so we didn't have to do the whole app thing but was not available. Food not quite as good as last trip but fries were hot and the service was on point. Added a star for that alone!We really want to like this upfit... second visit now and it was good but not quite as elevated as we expected. Burgers were good, fries likely out of a frozen bag, Brussels were simple and delicious...they have an okay selection of draft beers and a manageable menu.Not a big fan of the order online at the table and it appears then the staff disappears, reminds me of a bodega at the Jersey airport. My wife really liked the fact she was able to order with "no ketchup" and it arrives ved as such. Portions were quite modest on mains and sides (3 1/2 Brussels in a side...).But, it is a very short walk from our house and we can include our dogs when the weather is appropriate. Looking forward to a third visit as they get rolling for a true review. We're thinking tacos next trip ...Okay, tacos were really good today (had the pork as the chicken was out of stock), the black beans were quite tasty also. Daughter had the beyond meat and cheese sandwich; really enjoyed it. Had to go inside and retrieve/serve our own drinks though. Service was not on point today. Other table hinted that's what they had to do too when the saw we had food and no beverages between the three of us. The lack of customer service seems to be a ongoing issue. Perhaps we'll try eating at the bar next time as we felt totally forgotten from the moment we arrived this trip. (Bussed our own table too ..). Keep growing, y'all will get it right sooner or later.

First time visiting here and the bodega is centered in a neighborhood so parking can be a bit challenging. I tried the shrimp curry which was on the specials list that day. Service was quick and friendly but the portion size wasn't that big I was actually still hungry when I left. The food itself was ok maybe I should've tried something different like on the actual everyday menu. I might give the place another try.
