I love the staff the manager jen, and the whole staff know how to start my day off right. I come every morning, I use the order ahead on the app and they have my stuff ready. I ask for specific things and they make sure my order is right everytime. And callum always makes my coffee with extra love and just the right amount of sweetness just to give me the extra kick I need to get moving. Without them I'd be useless at my job.

We waited 30 minutes for our bagels before finally just driving off, unfortunately after already paying. About 20 minutes after waiting at the window, we were told they were out of the bagel we ordered... we chose a different one and then waited ten more minutes before giving up. I understand things happen and cause a hold up, but we had to get to work. So unfortunately ended up paying for food we never got. If you know your kitchen is running behind, my advice would be to tell the customer that at the time they place the order. Had we known, we would have been able to go somewhere else to eat before having to go into work.
This is the best place to get breakfast. The staff is awesome. And I never have to wait with the app! 6 🌟's if possible!!!

Definitely disappointed in the “New York Style Bagels”. I’m pretty the cream cheese goes on the inside not spread all over the outside. The cashier was so stressed out that she was rude to all the customers.
