Being from up north it’s hard to find good bagels in the south, but this place made it feel just like home! The warm bagels, the friendly staff, and cleanliness of the store…. What more can you ask for. 100/10 highly recommended :)

Been coming to this location for years since the one on S. Saunders shut down (RIP). The staff here are always so friendly, they always are working as fast as they can (it can get busy), and the food is delicious. The one time I had a bagel where the lettuce wasn’t super fresh, they apologized and replaced it without an any issues. Only had more order be wrong twice in all my years coming here. Great place!

I frequently visit this location and over the past two months I have been very disappointed with the service, the correctness of my order, and the quality of bagel that I receive. It is like they are rushing through every single order, handing you a sloppy bagel, where half of its contents are not even on the bagel, and when you go to split the bagel to eat it, it’s not even sliced, which makes an already messy bagel, even harder to eat. The drive-through speaker and headset hardly work so you can barely hear the people inside. This location is in desperate need of a serious update both in staffing and technology.

I contacted this location for a dozen rosemary bagels one hour before they closed and although they were low on rosemary bagels, the employee said she'd make a bundle for pick up. I first contacted the Cary tryon location, and although I contacted them two hours before they closed, the employee there said they were low on those bagels and I'd have to come the next day.
I appreciate the customer service at the avent ferry location, and will start getting my bagels from them. Thank you.

I was disappointed by the amount of cream cheese on my bagel. I have eaten at other Bruegger's throughout the Triangle, and compared to them I was given a bare fraction of the cream cheese generally provided. This was to be my lunch on my job site, and I cannot supplement it for the entire work day. Generally disappointed.
