Atmosphere is the same as any other bagel place, but the service and food is lacking. This is about the 4th or 5th time we’ve been here and asked for our bagels to be toasted and even extra toasted. Each time we are served an un toasted warmed up bagel. We just like a nicely toasted bagel to give that little bit or crunch on our sandwich. While we appreciate the variety of bagels and cream cheese we usually only visit for a breakfast sandwiche and thus probably won’t be back
Always run into friends here. Ordered online during a fairly busy time. Disappointed with the bagel sandwich that was very quickly put together and mushy. Didn't seem like my order. Chalking it up to busy time. I'll be back.
Was visiting by Raleigh and looked for breakfast spots , and this shop was the nearest from where we stayed. .. was crowded and it took sometime in the queue to place our order .. good seating arrangements inside to dine in.. lots of parking outside .. location wise it was ok . Price was also ok ..
Service time could improve . Took us 15-20 mins just to order and get our coffee/ bagels . .. coffee was average . Was more watery and wish they could make it...
