I’m a regular Bruegger’s customer and usually have no issues, but my recent experience with Crystal was disappointing. When I asked about a price discrepancy—since I order the same thing at other locations—she became rude and argumentative instead of simply explaining. I was just asking a question, and her tone was completely uncalled for. Poor customer service like this is unacceptable.

This is my happy place. They put so much care into making your bagels and they are always smiling & kind. The service is prompt, excellent and very consistent. And the bagels and sandwiches are delicious. I highly recommend and I love that they have healthy, high protein, low-calorie options and are very flexible with customizations.

Woman behind the counter was extremely rude. We came in to order bagels for tomorrow I wanted two dozen. She said you have two minutes, It was almost three, and she didn’t even know the price. Perhaps the owner will talk to her and explain customer service?
