If i could give them no stars, i would. Service on top of management was absolutely horrendous. They were rude and not welcoming at all. I recommend making your own bagels at home. Or staying away from this location. Ben was the manager on duty. (Did not make us feel welcome) Cheyenne was the employee that took the togo order and hung up the phone while trying to pay for the order.0/10 Stars

Ordered my everything bagel with butter and coffee at the register and paid for them. The lady handed me my coffee and I assumed was going to also hand me my bagel so I stepped to the side and waited…for 20 minutes!!! I finally asked where my bagel was and they said I had to order it twice…once at the register and then again at a separate counter. I asked if I could just have my bagel please and a longer haired blonde guy got super mouthy. Will not be going back to such ridiculousness.

I love Bruegger's and I always have. This Bruegger's is probably the best in the area even though other ones in the area have gone downhill. I wish they would invest in the atmosphere so it would be more comfortable to sit down and eat. The staff is great. The blonde lady up at the register is super friendly and executes orders efficiently which is harder than you think. She knows my order which is extra nice and I order frequently. I also never have to wait if I order on door dash which is nice. I wish I could order ahead in the app so that I could get points. Hopefully that capability is coming soon.

Best Bruggers in all of Raleigh. The staff gets to know you by name. The service is great. Bagels are made correctly with no skimping on toppings like other bruggers. You can sit inside eat and relax unlike other bruggers in Raleigh. The team works together for great customer service 5 stars all around

While I was at the restaurant I ordered a customized bagel(my own weird bagel aka blueberry egg honey and bacon sandwich), and a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. After that the food turned out well( it tasted pretty great. * The staff there is really professional. * They have almost a variety of different ingredients to put on your bagels. I made mine weird hehe, and can't wait to surprise my parents with a weird bagel that I will order them if you know what I mean because you can customize the bagels there. Hehehehahahha * If you're new to Bruegger's remember the line starts at the back next to the bathroom I think. The line doesn't start at the cash register, and I made that mistake last year hehehehahaha * It'll be cool that Bruegger's can add like burgers in their bagels, I wished they had like pumpkin, and blueberry spread on the bagels. *I wished there was like a pancake bagel I think. Overall great place to get bagels in my experience and opinion, and I'll be back again sometimes to try at there. You made a customer happy hooray!! You earned yourself a customer.
The manager was super nice and friendly but unfortunately the lady who helped me was the rudest with a bad attitude, ruined the start of my day.

Great spot for bagels and bagel sandwiches. I've never been at the busiest times so I can't speak to lines and such. I always get the Herby Turkey.
