Bruegger's Bagels

The bagels are always delicious. This particular Brueggers has terrible seating because the line clogs the seating area and the seats are all rickety. You don't want someone standing right next to you while you eat. I want to sit and enjoy my breakfast but often the few tables that are accessible are taken

Excellent bagels and coffee!

I love bagels and vanilla caramel cold brew drink.

The bagels were not as good as I had anticipated. The coffee was excellent, although the caramel cold brew was a bit too sweet; however, the flavor balance of the cold brew was still apparent. The customer service could have been improved. We informed the employee that we were new to the area, and while I ordered based on the menu, I had hoped for a more thorough explanation of the ordering process and how the line moved. Thank you .

Worth the long queue time. Can be a bit pricey for what you get, but what isn't nowadays.

staff is very rude, especially manager. They don’t understand what acknowledging a customer means. Go in, stand there for 5 minutes while nobody even looks at you. Not a friendly experience. Go to Jeff’s Bagel run instead. They are kind.

Great bagels and choices, better than Jeff's.

Walked in with my daughter, she just wanted a plain bagel with cheese on it and some chips. We were the only ones in line to order with 4 employees behind the counter. 1 was texting on their phone, the other 3 wouldn't look up and make eye contact or acknowledge us at all. Took about 5 minutes for the guy to look up at me. Completely out of all bagels except a few before 1pm and nothing my daughter would eat. Guess that's how you treat people when you don't want customers coming back.

This is the healthiest place to eat. We love it.

Seating area was uncleaned, drinks and sour cream cooler is not working and thus not stocked. Didn't have any baked goods available.

The bagel sandwiches were passable but nothing worth coming back for.

This place is is filthy. The restaurant hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Thick dust on walls and ceiling. Dirt on every surface. Grease on surfaces. The food is gross. But the sanity situation should keep you away!

My father went in around 11:00 today and ordered cup of coffee and bagels. He said bagels good, but when he went to fill up his coffee for the first time, one container had barely enough coffee to fill up his cup and the other 2 containers were out of coffee completely. Was not crowded so staff had the opportunity to fill up containers but did not.

They are not friendly. No smiles. No good morning. No thank you. Also there is a lady that looks to be in her 50s I think is suppose to check people out but she’s never at the register. I seen her one morning on her phone in the back while the line backed up to the doors and the other two ladies were trying to get food out. I am not going to spend my money somewhere that they don’t even think thank you is warranted
