Friendly customer service but the flavors online are not accurate. This is the second time I’ve gone to this location and the flavor I wanted actually wasn’t available - this time the flavor was even listed on the menu at the store.

This is my favorite ice cream place. Chocolate raspberry truffle is my family’s favorite flavor. I’m in my 20s and I still ask for a dino cookie. For awhile this location was out of the cookies but fortunately they eventually got them back.

Our favorite ice cream place in Raleigh. The service is always fantastic, and they are always so patient and kind.It seems like it’s mostly teens/college students who run it and they do their job well! They always accommodate and answer any questions we may have.There’s only places outside to sit (there is no indoor seating) unfortunately sometimes the seats are really sticky… but it’s understandable because of the constant foot traffic.The baby cone..
