Food was actually decent but when I went to pick It up, no one came to the register for 5-10 minutes. I stood directly in front of it and could see multiple employees in the kitchen and they could see me, and they just went about their business. Why not have a designated person working the register like literally every other restaurant?

Eating here a few times this summer while working my job in the shopping center. Very great food very friendly workers and I love it so much the fries and the boneless wings are my go too.also very clean and always is.

These people literally had me wait 20 mins just to tell me they didn't have my pickup order in their system. I will not be back

Not the greatest, much of the blame falls on the app and the rewards. Really shouldn't offer it as it has resulted in me losing money, not saving anything. Wings can be bought most places and this places falls short in many areas. Food is also rather dry, I just don't care for it too much to be honest. I'll be deleting the rewards account. I may return but only to place an order and NO INTEREST in rejoining rewards as the store has no knowledge of how it works anyway.

I didn't even know buffalo wild wings had to go stores. The cashier screwed up my order, luckily I noticed it quickly. She fixed it very quickly and added some free wings for the inconvenience.
She didn't need to do that but it's really appreciated!

I made a delivery order through the app on 10/28/24. When my food arrived all of my sides were missing. When I first called the restaurant I was told there was nothing they could do. The manager on duty admitted that she could see the food that was not placed into the bag for delivery was still under the warmers but that they couldn’t do anything about that. I was told I would have to come get it myself. I asked for a refund instead and was told she did not know how to do it so I was out of luck. After some time I received a call back from the manager telling me that she had spoken with her manager and they helped her to do a chargeback of the items that I was missing and I was going to see it on my account within 3 days. I was satisfied with the outcome… until I checked my account today and saw that no refund or chargeback was ever made at all. If you order food from here make sure you come to pick it up yourself and check your bags to make sure they actually put everything in there because there is zero quality control or accountability happening at this restaurant.

I already reached out via the website and this was the response I got. So no that did not solve the problem either.

Note: this is a "GO" location, meaning they focus on take-out. There are seats and chairs, but it's mostly pick up and go.

Deducted one star because once they put the wrong sauce on one set of wings. However, I went back and they re-made the order at no charge, so full stars for Service.

My card was used fraudulently at this location. They let the person who somehow stole my card number use my card number WITHOUT the physical card, or an ID check, to purchase 3 100$ gift cards. When I called for assistance they were no help at all and told me they had no idea what to do and that their operations director would contact me. Still waiting, and still out $300. I have never stepped foot in this location at all.

I went to my first BWW in Asheville NC and was thoroughly surprised. The wings were freshly cooked and the sauces were outstanding. And when I returned home I found my nearest BWW and have been there twice.
