Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO'

I made a delivery order through the app on 10/28/24. When my food arrived all of my sides were missing. When I first called the restaurant I was told there was nothing they could do. The manager on duty admitted that she could see the food that was not placed into the bag for delivery was still under the warmers but that they couldn’t do anything about that. I was told I would have to come get it myself. I asked for a refund instead and was told she did not know how to do it so I was out of luck. After some time I received a call back from the manager telling me that she had spoken with her manager and they helped her to do a chargeback of the items that I was missing and I was going to see it on my account within 3 days. I was satisfied with the outcome… until I checked my account today and saw that no refund or chargeback was ever made at all. If you order food from here make sure you come to pick it up yourself and check your bags to make sure they actually put everything in there because there is zero quality control or accountability happening at this restaurant.

I already reached out via the website and this was the response I got. So no that did not solve the problem either.

Note: this is a "GO" location, meaning they focus on take-out. There are seats and chairs, but it's mostly pick up and go.

Deducted one star because once they put the wrong sauce on one set of wings. However, I went back and they re-made the order at no charge, so full stars for Service.

My card was used fraudulently at this location. They let the person who somehow stole my card number use my card number WITHOUT the physical card, or an ID check, to purchase 3 100$ gift cards. When I called for assistance they were no help at all and told me they had no idea what to do and that their operations director would contact me. Still waiting, and still out $300. I have never stepped foot in this location at all.

I went to my first BWW in Asheville NC and was thoroughly surprised. The wings were freshly cooked and the sauces were outstanding. And when I returned home I found my nearest BWW and have been there twice.

Single handedly keeping Morton's in business. These wings are so salty they were cooked on the surface of the Bonneville Salt Flats and spiced with water from the Dead Sea.

I got the bone in medium. Inedible sauce. Sigh...

I spent about 80$ on a delivery. Not only did I pay for delivery fee, but left the driver a generous tip. when I got my food, I was missing half of my order. I called immediately and got told "we know we have your food so you need to come get it". they had used doordash to deliver even though I ordered through the BWW app. I said that I had called my driver and he was already headed back to get my food and I would have to tip him even more money since it was NOT his fault as he was only given one bag. I had to argue this with the worker and then was told that I would get a refund. That's fine even though it took almost 2 hours to get my food and was still missing sauce that I had paid for. I never got the refund, so I called again asking a week later and was told that it'll post eventually. It has now been 3 weeks and still no refund. I won't be ordering from BWW again.

Wonderful customer service and so helpful. They helped place the order and deal with the demands of the customers with a smile and ease. FOOD WAS amazing it filled me up with a small portion. The place was clean would recommend to family as well!

I’m glad they put one in Raleigh it’s the closest now. I ordered through the app and got 12 boneless wings with two different flavors. Food was ready at the estimated time and my whole order was correct. Staff were friendly, it was clean in there and my food tasted great ! I’ll come back again.
