If I ordered my food at 5:00 PM, notified my order would be ready at 6:10. Arrive at 6:08, 6:10 on the dot this lady brings my food to the counter, why is my chicken stale as if it’s been siting out all day… especially if it was “supposed to be made fresh ” coming out the back. I think it’s very sad and unfortunate we have people who work in the food industry that do not care how they serve food to paying customers. I wasted my money an my travel time to get this garbage.

Honestly, not sure what all the hate is. You kinda have to expect everyone to want Bdubs. I’ve had this now 3 times and it has been spot on every time. Food perfect, quick and easy! You are doing great and thank you!

UPDATE: It is now 2/7/24 and I have yet to receive my money back from when I placed the order on 1/6/24. I had to go through my bank to submit a claim and my bank is giving the merchant 30 days. It is definitely safe to say that I will not pay a penny at this location again and I will not support ANY other locations in the future. I will tell everybody that I know NOT to go here unless you want to lose your money and from the looks of it per the other reviews, receive bad service and not your full order!!! I placed an order online. I was contacted by the store and was informed that there was NO WiNGS of any kind at Buffalo Wild Wings. I was told that it would take an hour to get more wings and that it would additional time to cook it. I was given 2 options to either receive a refund or wait the extended time to provide my order. I was also told that it would be based on my bank to receive the refund. I informed the rep that I wanted to receive the refund in cash because I should not be inconvenienced on waiting for my refund of over $50. I was told that I would have to come to store and speak with the manager. I was originally told that the manager would be back in an hour. I went to store anyway and the rep that gave the message changed the story and said that I was yelling at her when I was on the phone, which pissed me off even more because considering the circumstances I was rather calm. I was no longer calm at that point. The manager stated that they didn’t own the company website and can not control the timeframe or provide any updates regarding any issues with the store. The manager didn’t know when my money was going to be refunded. I would suggest to NOT order ONLINE for this location. They just opened and clearly don’t know what they are doing!!!!! I will NEVER go there again! UPDATE: I still have not received my money back. Also, (to the owner; responder to my review) I went to the website and attempted to provide an additional review/response and because this location is still new, it is not listed on your website and it would not let me proceed to submit my issue, which further frustrates me and confirms that I will not support or eat at a Buffalo Wild Wings establishment!

Placed my order six hours in advance and was told I could pick it up at 5:15. I spoke to numerous people in the lobby that said their orders were one hour to 1 1/2 hours behind. The sad part is the customer service rep was telling everybody their food would be right out And the place was packed with people just waiting hours for their food. Called Ba Da Wings and they had wings available on Super Bowl Sunday within 45 minutes.

Currently waiting here, placed an online order over an hour ago, drove over 30 minutes to get here, have been here for 30 minutes, my online ready time was 30 minutes ago, I’m told I have another 45 minutes till my food is ready.I already paid $60 online, they’re not offering refunds so I guess I’m stuck here on this greasy floor staring at overflowing trash cans, listening to the employees not answer the phone.I’m told this is a newer location…. Apparently they lots and lots they need to figure out*EDIT* After waiting all of that time, I didn’t receive any of the fries or any drinks
