I ordered Uber Eats from here tonight, and it was absolutely delicious. We got the Tokyo Box. I loved the different flavors and textures of it. The portion size was fantastic as well. I definitely feel like we got a great value for the money. I will absolutely order again, and I will definitely stop in to the storefront the next time I can.

Quality has gone downhill. This used to be one of our go to takeout spots. The quality of the ingredients has declined so much, we are wondering if they were bought by private equity. If you add romaine to your box they give you slimy iceberg lettuce. The Kim chi fried rice does not have Kim chi in it anymore. The bulgogi fries were the best thing on the menu but they stopped selling it because they no longer have real bulgogi.

This is my second time stopping by bul box! Food is always high quality & flavorful and they give generous portions. Definitely a great bang for your buck! The only downside is that there's no seating beyond some tables outside. Definitely more of a takeout/quick bite spot. Perfect place to stop for lunch though!
Vegetarian options: There are tons of vegetarian bowl options! You can build your own bowl and choose from tons of options. Very high quality too!
Parking: This is located in shopping center and there's plenty of parking accessible!

I LOVE BUL BOX!!! The food is fresh and very tasty and everyone I have brought to BB has loved it, as well. The staff are friendly and the environment is clean. I've seen the management come out front and help serve (very impressive). I have used their catering services several times and EVERYBODY comments on how good the food is--not your usual food served at catered lunches. And I must go on about their catering manager, Sherwood Bailey. He is one of the reasons why I continue to place catering orders with him. He is prompt and very accommodating. Your wish is his command--within reason. LOL

Food was just ok. It says Asian fresh food. Its definitely Asian style but not real Asian food. The main portion of Asian food is white rice but it definitely was no any kind of jasmine rice. It tasted like uncle ben's rice. It completely ruined the taste. We didnt finish the bowl and when i reheated it again to eat for dinner, it was pretty disgusting. Not going back there.
Also, when asking the guy taking our order what kind of noodles they use, he said "spaghetti." That should have been my que to walk away.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Staff are wonderful and helpful(especially with the menu). Me and my girlfriend love coming here, it's a bit pricey but well worth it and I'd recommend it whileheartedly especially if you like asian food.

I love the concept, but the locations are not consistent. I've tried them all, and Garner has been the only consistent location, but the worse is here at North Hills. The rice is always cold, and so is the chicken. The veggies are old, and you get a smaller portion. The very last time I went, I got food for my kids, and ordered the ginger and teriyaki bowls. I didn't want to get a regular because its not worth it at this location. The teriyaki was fine, but we received 5/6 pcs of meat in the Shanghai bowl. What is that? I was really disappointed because they can do better in more ways than 1. I'm never disappointed at the White Oak location, so maybe they need to reach out and get some direction from that manager.

I was quite impressed with the quality of the food. Great flavor and the tuna wasn't fishy at all. A bit pricey but nothing insane. You can't sit down so tough to enjoy the food without having to drive somewhere else to eat. It was my first time there so I wish the staff would have been more engaging.

So so yummy!! Everything my family tried was so good!! I got the Tokyo bowl which was so good!! My sister got a poke bowl which she loved! My mom got the Cali bowl and the flavor of the tofu was absolutely amazing! It was fast and easy!! Highly highly recommend!! And the workers were so nice as
