This is the worst customer service experience ever. I usually enjoy Bull Box . This time I walked in with everyone scattering the store surreptitiously. As I approached the counter, a guy with dark hair barely looked me in the eye while telling me “This is all we have” not a “Hello or Welcome in”. While I understand I was visiting right before closing, that was completely unprofessional. To circumvent any confusion I asked “What does that mean, are you guys done serving food” Mind you the food is already prepared and sitting in bowls on the counter and the eatery closes at 8. So he replied with the same response “This is all we have”. I asked him “ So is the store closed?” I waited patiently for an answer but he truly lacked communication skills. A young women walked up behind him and said “Yes, we’re closed”. I never knew ordering food that’s already cooked could be this arduous! I understand customers arriving at closing can be a pain but this was unnecessary. These people lack severe customer service skills. The thing is I would’ve tipped them appropriately for making my bowl before close but now I’ll just leave this review. Also I guess they serve you food from the day before since you can’t get it at 7:49 at night. The old staff was much better been going here for 3 years, I think I will find a new spot

Been to this location a few times now and the food is always so yummy! Portion size is definitely worth it. Could I afford to eat here everyday..no ..but it’s definitely worth it to stop by once a week.. staff is super friendly. Highly recommend!

Went into this place after the 2025 Animazement con for the first time and was absolutely taken back, the food was fresh and the cashier was super helpful on what to order. Definitely highly recommend 👌
I ordered the salmon poke bowl through a delivery service. I added tuna, and had the corn, edamame and avocado withheld due to allergies. For the base, I had a mix of white rice and spring mix. DELICIOUS! Loved the blend of flavors, and they didn't skimp on the protein portions, either. Future repeat customer!

beware buying BYOB if you don't eat the standard protein, it will cost you...This evening I ordered a BYOB with white rice, scallions, some sauces and no protein and added crab salad and tuna poke. It cost around $18. The crab and tuna are extra and even though one could have been used to replace the standard protein I did not want (being pescarian), it's not regarded that way. Basically, I was charged $12.85 for a cup of rice, some onions and sauces.

I ordered Uber Eats from here tonight, and it was absolutely delicious. We got the Tokyo Box. I loved the different flavors and textures of it. The portion size was fantastic as well. I definitely feel like we got a great value for the money. I will absolutely order again, and I will definitely stop in to the storefront the next time I can.

Quality has gone downhill. This used to be one of our go to takeout spots. The quality of the ingredients has declined so much, we are wondering if they were bought by private equity. If you add romaine to your box they give you slimy iceberg lettuce. The Kim chi fried rice does not have Kim chi in it anymore. The bulgogi fries were the best thing on the menu but they stopped selling it because they no longer have real bulgogi.
