Loved the California Box that I got. Ingredients were super fresh and the combo of flavors was delicious. Only outside seating was available, so thankfully the weather was beautiful. I'd definitely return.

I love the concept, but the locations are not consistent. I've tried them all, and Garner has been the only consistent location, but the worse is here at North Hills. The rice is always cold, and so is the chicken. The veggies are old, and you get a smaller portion. The very last time I went, I got food for my kids, and ordered the ginger and teriyaki bowls. I didn't want to get a regular because its not worth it at this location. The teriyaki was fine, but we received 5/6 pcs of meat in the Shanghai bowl. What is that? I was really disappointed because they can do better in more ways than 1. I'm never disappointed at the White Oak location, so maybe they need to reach out and get some direction from that manager.

I was quite impressed with the quality of the food. Great flavor and the tuna wasn't fishy at all. A bit pricey but nothing insane. You can't sit down so tough to enjoy the food without having to drive somewhere else to eat. It was my first time there so I wish the staff would have been more engaging.

Honestly the food there was okay for me and not my type. My sister goes there a lot, and she loves the food there. I came there with my sister, and the staff there is friendly, and the place is clean by the way. Overall good restaurant and it's good to try new stuff.

So so yummy!! Everything my family tried was so good!! I got the Tokyo bowl which was so good!! My sister got a poke bowl which she loved! My mom got the Cali bowl and the flavor of the tofu was absolutely amazing! It was fast and easy!! Highly highly recommend!! And the workers were so nice as

The Bul Box serves well balanced, creative meals that are tasty. This Asian fusion chain restaurant stands out amongst its peers in a city that does not do food well. If you’ve got to eat in Raleigh, might as well eat here.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Staff are wonderful and helpful(especially with the menu). Me and my girlfriend love coming here, it's a bit pricey but well worth it and I'd recommend it whileheartedly especially if you like asian food.

Walked in to an empty store and three employees talking in a huddle with no greeting. I greeted them after a few seconds. Ha!Food was great. Good concept. Spring mix was wilted and nearly bad. Customer service is HUGE. A simple smile and hello would've turned this to a higher rating.
