Jeremiah has to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever. When we walked in, he greeted us and took our orders, making jokes the whole time. We thought he was really cool so we asked for a selfie. Definitely the highlight to our day.

Went to this location on 2/13/26 around 11 at night. When I ordered a Whooper, the male cashier joked about how they didn't have any (while another stated that they did in the background). Did the same when I ordered another item. So, since he was being comedic, I assumed he would be in a jovial mood when I got to window. They never said anything, just reached for my card and handed it back. Handed my drink to me without even looking and rushed off (bare in mind, there was no one in the store and there was only one person behind me). The whole interaction was off putting. Don't work in customer service if you can't even say hi to a customer.
The other employee gave me my food and was nice. The second Service star was for her.

The young lady in there working tonight's mouth too darn smart has behavior needs training on hospitality and know customer is always right gave me a burger with nothing on it then when I came back around she gets an attitude not coming here to eat no more poor customer service and manager he standing there looking crazy saying nothing poor management and poor customer service got people waiting in line for long time just for to come thru drive thru from working hard get your food and its not right I should of had the attitude but she had the nerve to be after she was sitting outside on her break talking about she the only one working I guess the others just there smh Im gonna start eating at home the food not all that good its just closer to home guess I ride further or cook my own meals and I came here on this friday night between 8pm and 830pm

For the past two weeks the fries haven’t been much…I order large & whoever serving doesn’t put enough.
