I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and I didnt even get the double cheeseburgerInstead it was a hamburger with 3 onion rings and some sort of bbq sauce. Can I get my money back or any other solution? The drive thru staff was very nice and did everything with a smile so I very much appreciated that :)

Always a super friendly staff and the inside of the building is clean and welcoming. Food is good for the price, and the staff are always prompt, helpful, and patient if I'm standing there like a bump on a log. Tina in particular is very nice :)

First I sat at the intercom for 3 minutes with zero cars in front of me, it was 12:30 on Monday 1/22/24. After saying “hello?”, a woman very rudely responded “Sir give me one second!” Borderline screaming. I just drove off, I’m not gonna tolerate that kind of service.

The lady in the drive thru was nice. I had to pull ahead and wait on my husband’s special impossible whopper, as he requested some items to be taken off and other to be added, which I expected as they wouldn’t have a sandwich ready exactly how he’d like it. It took ten minutes of waiting to get the food brought out to us, we live seven minutes from this location so I figured we would just eat when we got home, as I didn’t want my toddler making a mess in the back seat. I get home, the fries for both mine and my child’s meals were soggy and pretty cool, I was like whatever I’ll deal, my husband opens his sandwich, there is no cheese on it at all, my chicken fries are literally hard and cold and SUPER OLD. I check my toddler’s chicken nuggets and they are in the same condition as my chicken fries… hard, cold, and old. I just spent almost $25 dollars on lunch, and now I have to go back out some where else to pay another $25-$30 for different food. I called the number for this location and I get a recording saying “no one is available to take your call”…. Not even a way to leave a message. This is the second time I’ve been here and the food is unacceptable and trash. Please contact me for my information so my money can be reimbursed. This is absolutely appalling. I won’t even feed my dog this rock solid food.
