This location has been a hit or miss. I believe they under went new management and the staff, food and service seemed to be getting better.

Today went to order inside since the drive through had 5 cars in line waiting to order. Was greeted inside and said it would be just a minute. At this point I’d been in line for 10 minutes and still hadn’t ordered. Someone else walked in and was told if they wanted to order it would be a 25 minute wait because they were filling mobile orders. This should have been communicated and a sign on the door and drive through that you weren’t going to take any orders!!!!

If you’re short staffed then don’t accept mobile orders!

Worst Burger King in Raleigh, they are so slow it’s not even worth your time. The people who work there don’t move with purpose which result in a line being backed up for half a hour at times. Don’t forget to check your bags to cause they can’t seem to get an order right.

Online it is advertised that this location closes at 12. Made my order online and was there at about 10:30pm. There was a handwritten paper note on the window saying “We’re closed”. Contacted the online customer service and they were helpful ! They were able to get in touch with the BK location (workers were still inside), they actually made my order and gave me a refund, which I did greatly appreciate. However, I get home and I check my food, the order was right, but one of the burgers patties looks very much like it was bitten and the chewed piece just left there in. Now, I hope and pray that it is not the case, but there’s no way everything else looks fine except for that one single patty and that single piece. And when I picked up the patty, it had the exact shape of a bite. Not to mention that the chunk of patty WAS in there, looking chewed up and mushy. Unacceptable. For reference, I’m attaching a picture on the burger patty in question and the other burger that looks to be untouched. If the problem is being open that late, then just update the hours to reflect so instead of wasting people’s time and messing with their food as well on top of it all.
