Some may say you dont expect much when you frequent a fast food establishment, but I would like to think that when burger king hires someone they have a certain standard that they hold employees to. The disrespect that I was met with by the front counter lady, Katrina. She was not only rude but so nonchalant about it. She tried to take my order not once not twice but three times with me repeating it and all three times she entered it into her system incorrectly and when she called the manager to the front she blamed me for the problem. Within the time that I was there I watched her handle a handful of customers all the same way never apologizing for her errors and even watched her enjoy her self a cigarette while myself and two others still waited on our orders for over 8 mins. When my food finally was given to me it was still wrong and even though I had watched the lady pack my order she said it was someone else's fault. I left feeling like even though I eventually got what I ordered and the convenience of the location i may have to be skipping burger king at least this location.

Update 11/26/2025
I had a chance to revisit the location for breakfast with my mother who is in town for Thanksgiving. And I would like to say the service I received this morning from the lady at the front counter was extraordinarily different. She was kind. She smiled the whole time. She repeated our orders back to us. Served us with us a smile. We received our food right away correctly the first time hot and fresh. A big thank you to Melissa to showing my local Burger King isn't all bad.

You can't use the bathroom as a paying customer. Unreal. They lock it lol and won't let anyone use it. I will say the guy running the register did try to be helpful but said he couldn't find the bathroom keys. No one else could have cared less.

Don’t go here. This place will give you food poisoning. Me and my husband have gone here twice since we moved in a year ago and each time this place has given us food poisoning. Do not go here!

Paying customers aren’t allowed to use the restrooms only employees that’s terrible I might as well go to Poole rd location better customer service

I stopped at this BK to use the restroom and get coffee but the restroom was locked. The manager claimed someone lost the key and would not allow myself and another 80 year old gentleman to use the available restroom. When elder people stop to use the restroom, they NEED to use the restroom. I am under going cancer treatment so bathroom stops are frequent and I don't have time to be searching for another one.

My local Burger King on Rock Quarry Road Raleigh closes at 11:00 so I got to the Burger King at 10:47. I pulled in as the person in front of me was driving down to the window to receive their food. Their order and price was in front of me... . So I sat there from 10:47 until 11:53. No response .. I said hello and again no response and when I pulled around, a worker was just standing at the drive-thru window. And for crying out loud clean that dirty drink machine on the inside. The splashes on top of splashes and it's like nobody goes out to wipe that nasty thing. And lastly can somebody tell the guy with dreads with the come do me eyes to just serve the food. It's okay to be friendly but if I hand you my card and you caress my hand as you take it, .... Just serve the food sir can somebody tell him that thank you
