I was starving and drove in to discover the bacon jam whopper ? it was delicious. It was just as good (no, better) than the bacon jam shake shack burger. ? will recommend!!!

The food was hot and delicious, and the restaurant was very clean. That said, I did get approached by a homeless person while in the restaurant. The staff told him to get out of the store but he wouldn't leave. I ended up giving him a dollar on my way out of the restaurant, but it is not a great part of town.

I pulled up to the window to order at 9:50am today, I asked for a minuet to look at the menu as I don’t go to BK much and am unfamiliar with the breakfast menu. I was the only person in line the entire process but after I looked for a few seconds I was met with “sir please, go ahead with your order” so I went ahead and picked the first two sandwiches I saw and wanted to order a drink, but as I finished stating what I wanted the person at the window just said “2nd window” so instead of wasting anymore of their time I pulled ahead

Never had an issue with this location. However, if I pay nearly eight bucks for a fastfood sandwich, I expect to get what I paid for. As outlined on the receipt that's now at the bottom of the trash, a BACON & SWISS Royal King Tendercrisp with spicy sauce was ordered. Paid for expensive toppings that were not present. Never been a picky eater when eating out, but when it comes to my money being spent on something I did not get, that really grinds my gears.
I used to go to the Burger King on Tryon Rd. However, there was always something wrong. Most of the time in drive-thru they would take forever to take my order. This location is a little out the way, but their customer service is good, the food is fresh like I asked. The storage manager Megan was friendly & met all the qualities for how a fast food restaurant should be..keep up the good work ???

5pm and they say they aren’t doing shakes at this time. They don’t do it in the morning, they don’t do it at night, and apparently they don’t do it in the middle of the day either. Don’t sell milkshakes if you’re not going to make them.
