Went in and ordered food and drinks no problem while staff was telling people they couldn't stay in there unless they ordered food when the store manager came in she said her boss said we couldn't be in there with our backpacks. Though they were more than glad to accept our money and we had our bags when we ordered. The manager was clear we couldn't stay in there with our bags. What she should have done was address her subordinates as to why they served us. I request that you post policies on the door specifying any baggage limits and address the policy accordingly. This occured during a winter storm that you took our hard earned money and threw us out like trash without refunding our money. What is this stores policy???????

Came through the drive thru after working an event. The person working the drive gave me and my friend the best experience we've had at a BK since I was a kid or maybe ever. "You rule" was said at least 3 times in our light convo, we were asked if we needed specific condiments for things, we were asked if we would like our crowns to which we obviously said yes. It was a very pleasant experience and to top it off, the food was hot and fresh. I appreciate you drive thru person and kitchen people, you made a pissy night of mine better.

11/21/24 Erica at the window is pleasant each visit I come through there.
The food is always hot fresh and seasoned just the way it should be, inside was well kept up and stocked atmosphere was quiet and peaceful from the work space out into the dining area.
The Manager, that was there kept the line moving as smoothly as she could with the help of the other workers team work make a dream work and folks coming back for moreā¦ LOL

I gave this location one too many chances and Iām over it! Rude workers, sloppy cold food, canāt even ask for ketchup without it being slammed in your hand! Hire new and more people please! I donāt know if the short staffed is making the workers nasty but pick your battles! Either the drive through stay open or the inside stay open, they canāt mange both! Never going back.

Had a taste for a whopper, went through the drive-thru, the order taker was a bit short, meaning borderline rude, after I collected my order before completely pulling out of the drive-thru I checked my fries which were cold. I took them into the restaurant to get a fresh order the cashier took the fries felt them with his hand by squeezing them as if he was confirming they were cold gave me a new order however he did not throw the cold freeze away he put them in the warmer and mixed with the other fresh fries ? never will I come back to this location
