EPIC FAIL IN BUSINESS:
I pull up this morning At 6:57 am with the expectation to wait until opening (7am). I'm sitting there scrolling through Facebook and at 7:01am I hear a voice over the speaker..
"I'm sorry, we're not open yet."
I politely ask, "What time do you open?"
He responds, "At 7.. But the manager isn't here yet so I'm not sure."
