The older white women working drive thru on 12/6/23 at 3:25pm was extremely rude and trying to rush my order… I decided not to place my order, maybe she should switch positions and someone more friendlier and patient can work the window.

This one is really much nicer and cleaner than most every other one I’ve been in. My daughter LOVES BK and it’s is LITERALLY the ONLY burger she will eat. Plus she gets a crown. What could be better?!The staff was awesome. The lady that took our order had a cool accent and she was the nicest person. This unit is clean and the staff is great. I would give it 5 stars, but Burger King is on a downward spiral. We all come back to taste some childhood memories, but it’s a fail every time. That’s what happens when PE firms take over great companies. Profit over product and the whopper is dead.

I gave a star only because I couldn’t give a zero. EVERY time I give this place a chance, they fail me. They mess my order up, I stay away for months, I give another chance but nothing changes.They mess your order up, don’t give receipt or say thank you and/or the food is just disgusting. I ordered the beyond burger which is most expensive on the menu why, I don’t understand. The middle was cold, they put the worst cut of lettuce and tomato on the burger. Why are they putting chopped up lettuce on burgers!!??? I had a lettuce core on my burger plus the very end of a tomato PLUS the bun was cold. My fries were soggy and grease soaked. This is just unacceptable!! I may have well just put $25 in the trash. What is wrong with the workers? Just quit if it’s that bad! Their attitude was so bad that I didn’t even bother complaining.Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper
They always ask you to pull up or go to a parking spot. Takes about 8-12 minutes for me to get my food. No matter how early you order it. Getting food from here is always a 30 min process

I ordered from this location. After waiting over an hour for delivery (not Bk's fault)...I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and got a kids cheeseburger. I like bk but not this one.

As slow as they are literally just me and one other car. We both were asked to pull up, and we're just sitting here waiting. How long does eggs take to cook. Slow service, completely unacceptable. Do they not have people working? Up the payroll.
