Warm well done fries, warm patty for my whopper, great customer service and clean atmosphere.
Next time I will have to ask for entire burger to be hot and well done and wait for fresh hot fries.

This Burger King is the worse I just left there I was there for 20 minutes and they still did not complete my order I had to get a refund. The customer service is terrible instead of the girl asking the cook if he was working on my food she'd have an attitude telling me that they're going in a certain order and they end up giving my food to somebody else do not go to this Burger King. THE WORST. And didn't even offer to fix it or offer me anything just say I'm sorry they are terrible

I have been looking for a Burger King near my home, for a year. I just happened to pass by one, today, that's much further away from my house, but I was so excited and I grabbed what I used to eat, which is a Whopper Jr with bacon and no cheese, and it had to have been the best fast food burger that I've had in years. Granted, it's been a long time since I've had one and I missed the fact that they have the best onions on their burgers, and their burgers have that taste and smell of being grilled, and the lettuce is fresh and not slivers and the bacon was fantastic. I just don't understand why there are more of them around and how they aren't beating out McDonald's. Anyway, it was a quick drive through but it was delicious.

Made me sit in a parking space for 25 n8nutes for a luke warm burger. In side had 1 person waiting , and 2 cars center through the drive through while I waited.

I just left this location i don't know if the chr grill is back grilling but my sandwich was hot all the way threw and the double was a double with the brioche bread Tryon showing out tonight.

Whoever the lady was on drive thru Sunday 1/26/25 at approximately 10am has got to be the rudest and most incompetent person on the face of the earth. She was so rude we just pulled off without completing our order. Smh They had 2 biscuits left -not enough to complete our order- and instead of offering us a croissant she was down right rude and snappy when we asked for the substitution. I see why they are an under performing store!

Went through drive through yesterday and it was just an awful experience. The person who takes your order at drive through was rude and arrogant and when she tried to give me the wrong food she argued that I didn’t remember what I ordered. Last I checked a whopper meal is very different from a chicken club sandwich. Once the employee said “either take the order or leave I mean Jesus” I asked for the manager. Turns out the entire time my correct order was next to the cash register and she was trying to give me the food the person behind me ordered. By the time I got my actual food it was cold, the fries were obviously old and the whopper had had to much ketchup on it that the sides of the container was filled with ketchup.
I ended to throwing the entire order away. There’s a reason this is the worst reviewed Burger King in the region. Just a horrible experience and $11 down the drain. Entire drive through took about 20 minutes and the car in front of me obviously had an issue with their order as well.
