Between them not actually being open when they’re supposed to (went by 30 mins after they were supposed to be open as well as 30 mins before they’re supposed to close no response neither time) to no one being at the counter when they are open to the order pick up policy, which could use an update, to them getting an order wrong (then the correction wrong too, I should’ve verified before leaving, my own fault) this place is the absolute worst BK ever. I’ve spent my last dollar at this location.

I stopped in to grab a sandwich but went to the bathroom first. As I was in my stall I observed a WORKER come out of the other stall and go straight back to work WITHOUT washing her hands. I wasn't going to say anything but I'm like wow this is crazy. You're serving people food that can make them sick from workers being straight up nasty. I eventually mentioned it to the manager and opted to not eat here and never ever will I again. There's signs in the restroom that clearly says "workers must wash hands before returning to work" .. maybe they should put those in other languages too is all I'm saying!

The service wasn't bad per say. People make mistakes. However I walk there across the road not easy to do. I ordered my food and got back to work to find the order wasn't correct. Walked back over gave them the receipt forgot the sandwich told them it was wrong. They said I was charged for a totally different meal. I asked to by one double sausage croissant. It rings up close to the 2 sandwich special that I usually get. They said it's no longer on special. OK. They had plenty of opportunities to help the issue they didn't. They offered a manager but while I'm just trying to get the right sandwich my slightly warm food is getting cold. So I leave with no resolution just to take a look at my sandwich to find it was a biscuit not a croissant. Yea disappointed.

I had one of those coupons you get in the mail. Ordered at the drive thru. Handed her the coupon and my card and she charged me the full price. Told me I should have told her about the coupon when I ordered my food…. How was I supposed to know that?! You usually hand people coupons when you pay….

The service today on New Bern avenue Burger King in Raleigh North Carolina was very unpleasant very unkind and very belligerent, the food was very cold and undercooked ??? the manager at the drive-thru was very impatient very unpleasant and very unprofessional which I felt worried and afraid of hisunprofessional demeanor and actions.. I am asking Burger King to please correspond and requesting for a full refund due to the terrible service today??? this was the worst experience me and my family ever had to endure at Burger King ??? as we are true loyal Royal crown members of the establishment, Today would never be a day that we will forget, Due to the disrespect as a loyal customer, undercooked cold food service ???and a very unpleasant customer service unfriendly manager...

People hanging around the door in the front is costing you business there's like six people and a dog just blocking the entrance way. I had to get mine to go because I didn't want to get out of the car and have to walk through a crowd blocking the entrance! Really bad for business!Parking: Who wants to park at the back of the parking lot and walk all the way to thethe entrance because you got people sitting on the curb with their feet and legs all in the parking spaces

Ordered 2 whopper jrs, manager misheard me over the speaker and when I got to the window to tell her I didn’t order what she was charging me for she cut her eyes at me and treated me like I was the problem. Then when they re rang my order, the little girl at the window tried to give me whatever drink she felt like giving me instead of what i asked for. She rolled her eyes at me. You have to be patient and nice because you never know if they’re gonna spit in your food. I’ve been there many times and never had a problem until today. I didn’t mistreat either one of these women, but normally if someone makes a mistake they apologize and correct it. I’m still the customer, but not anymore. What goes around, comes around. And there’s drug addicts passed out behind the building in between the back door and menu board for the drive thru.

I’m almost certain I just watched a drug deal happen at the door to the kitchen with the cashier and a “customer.” The guy gave the cashier money AT THE KITCHEN DOOR and left with a BK bag and drink, while customers were waiting in line. SUS??
