Nothing special but the price. When did all these basic places become so expensive? And the order taker had an attitude when I asked for one patty versus two. My wife still tipped. I asked her, do we tipped at McDonald's? She took an oder. Whats the difference? They work harder there too. Anyway, nothing special. Just meat between bread and fries with some condiments. I'd rather spend more to get better or go to Wendy's or BK. Done with these mediocre places.

First-time visit to BurgerFi in Raleigh, NC, and I’m seriously impressed. Yes, the burgers are a bit pricey, but they’re absolutely worth it. My bacon cheeseburger was perfectly cooked, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fries were crispy and golden—just how I like them—and the onion rings were light, crunchy, and spot-on. 2 stars for offering early morning burgers and a decent staff But this is not a good burger joint. Bland slightly off flavor. Burger king (yes bk) and the arches destroy it with flavor They hit you with this feel good all natural no hormones virtue signaling moron marketing which may matter to folks who dont eat airport burgers. But those folks bring their own 35 dollar whole foods arugula rocket pomegranate melange and maybe sip a 56 dollar appletini. For those who know and like burgers - prepare to be disappointed by even the best burgerfi has to offer - essentially fakery for a technoelite travel crowd who hate food.

My girlfriend and I were craving a burger before a Costco run, and boy did we make a big mistake coming to this place. Self ordering system is a nightmare, not user friendly at all. Burgers were so underwhelming, dry as a desert. Onion rings were good, fries were ok. After that lackluster of an experience my girlfriend has been in a foul mood all day. She wished we had just gone to Torchy’s across the street. Our relationship is in shambles now thanks to you!

The manager was absolutely fantastic. He assisted other guests using the order screens, was friendly, checked in on customers and made the experience. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Freestyle machines are also so much fun. New tenders were really crispy and well seasoned.
However I'm writing this comment primarily due to the manager on duty 7/5/25 being super great.
Great food, kinda expensive, but you get what you pay for!

We will not return to Burger Fi...the onions on our burgers were old and translucent. We told one of the employees and he just shrugged his shoulders and did not offer to do anything about it. My wife ate only half of her burger because the meat tasted off. The buns were cold and the fries were dead. This used to be a great place and I didn't mind paying their higher prices because it was quality. But for the bad quality we received today, I wish I had my $24.00 back.
