My girlfriend and I were craving a burger before a Costco run, and boy did we make a big mistake coming to this place. Self ordering system is a nightmare, not user friendly at all. Burgers were so underwhelming, dry as a desert. Onion rings were good, fries were ok. After that lackluster of an experience my girlfriend has been in a foul mood all day. She wished we had just gone to Torchy’s across the street. Our relationship is in shambles now thanks to you!

The manager was absolutely fantastic. He assisted other guests using the order screens, was friendly, checked in on customers and made the experience. Food was fresh, hot and tasty. Freestyle machines are also so much fun. New tenders were really crispy and well seasoned.
However I'm writing this comment primarily due to the manager on duty 7/5/25 being super great.

Lots left to be desired unfortunately. The fries were cold and soggy and $1 extra for Cajun style simply means a dusting of Cajun seasoning that’s already included everywhere else. The hamburger is a frozen run of the mill, over salted, fast food Pattie. The toppings, were at least fresh. The staff was 5 star friendly and professional. The restroom was filthy. The sink had a max flow rate of “pencil size stream”. There was toilet paper everywhere and didn’t appeared to have been mopped in days. The dining room was very clean and had a well stocked beverage station. Not likely to recommend. Fast food with a fancy name.

I came in during a rush and Ms. Veronica made my dining experience wonderful! She was very pleasant and her customer service is top tier! The food didn't take long to come to our table and it was delicious per usual! The dining area was clean and me and my family enjoyed our meal! The burgers were big and juicy and the milkshakes were really good! It may be a bit pricey, but worth it because of the quality of food and the excellent customer service!

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals with many options to choose from like a cheeseburger, chicken tenders,a hotdog and grilled cheese.
