UPDATE: I decided to give them a second chance and tried the chicken tender and fries. Well, I can’t really say it was much better than the first visit. Tenders, fries and a small soft drink was $20.Very over priced less than average burger! Tonight was my second visit to a BurgerFi and hopefully my last. Over $15 for a less than average burger and fries is outrageous. This burger doesn’t come near matching other top burger places. I have a gluten sensitivity and this was one of my reason for given this place a second change was I had saw another reviewer had said she loved the gluten free options... I say what gluten free option! They do NOT have gluten free buns other than lettuce, the fries are cooked with the onion rings so they are cross contaminated and was also told that some of the burger have bread crumbs added so there is also a possibility of cross contamination with them. I stayed and I tried the breakfast all day burger with a lettuce bun and it was basically a flavorless mess. A burger patty with a little small fried egg and one piece of bacon on top. That is it! I finally added enough ketchup, mustard and mayonnaise to eat it.

What a fun lunch my friend and I had here today. The food was great and the personalization from Bobby, the area manager, was a bonus....checked on us to make sure we were satisfied and had a happy disposition overall.... Will definitely return!

Burger was so thin that there were gaps in the meat you could see through. Fries were SUPER salty. Many drinks were missing from the freestyle machine. There were at least 5-6 staff present, but none of them ever interacted with me even though I was the only one needing to order. Since there were only two other customers in the restaurant who were seated and eating, I found this odd and a bit rude. Used and paid through their kiosk. Likely my first and last experience at this place. Too many other choices with better hospitality and food. Just wish I had read these reviews first.

Burgers not bad at all! To me they like in-between Shakeshakeshack and fiveguys. With ssshack quality and fiveguys burger size, - burgerfi goes in-between to me. The staff in this cary location is turn off, not accommodating at all!!!

I should have read the reviews first. Service is basically non existent. Asked for a water. Was handed a cup and pointed over to the machine which required me to scan the QR code and order from my phone. The waters were all “sold out”. They were out of grilled chicken so I got a veggie burger which was mushy and seemed to have come directly out of the microwave. Fries were good. Had a beer instead of water and it was good.

Went to BurgerFi in Miami for the first time so decided I’d try it today in Raleigh and OMG the difference in EVERYTHING even though I got the exact same items .. everybody was just moving around with attitudes as if they didn’t want to be there .. I asked the lady for a cup because I did need takeout and she grabbed the cup b pointed to where the others were with attitude. I apologize to her for not realizing where they were . (Again first time there ) but still no greeting or friendly customer service.. on to the food ? the fries were super soggy literally when I picked them up they fell to pieces , onion rings weren’t fully cooked being they were stuck together still doughy & the burger was okay but sloppy with lots of ketchup everywhere.. I just want yall to pick up the slack because the restaurant itself is really good but takes the team players and love to make the restaurant

The fresh fries are great. I didn't enjoy the burger as much.
Stepped up the the register and asked if they took cash. No friendly greeting. Yes they took cash but she was not ready yet and I needed to wait. The fries were cold and under cooked. Every one in my party of 7 was disappointed. We really should have sent them all back. I got the deluxe bacon cheese burger. It too was cold and the bacon was just this "wad" of bacon strips that just did not work. It looked like zero thought was put into how the burger was put together and presented. I got a drink, the soda machine was out of 70% of the options, to include no diet options. I just got the unsweet tea. All for $20. Maybe my mistake was showing up at 11:10AM on a Sunday? With so many burger options out there, why would I ever go back?

Walked in at 8:30pm, before ordering we were notified no fries, no chili. well the only other side option is onion rings...and only 5 in an order. we ordered 1 burger, 3 chicken tenders, onions, 5 wings, and 2 soft drinks....$46.97. while waiting for food, we noticed the table over just got their order. Lo and behold they had fries! Really? Guess no one wanted to cook fries bc they close at 9:00. Yet wings had to be cooked. The floor was nasty! The drink serving area needed a good cleaning. Too bad we didn't look around before ordering.

The burger and bun were completely smashed/flattened in my to go cash. I also purchased the urban fries and for fries that had multiple things on them, they literally had zero flavor.

Burgers are steroid and antibiotic free, but also flavor free. I like the buns one of the best I've had . The onion rings were ok , but not worth what they charge you. All and all it tasted like fast food fir 20 dollars. I will go to Culver's over this any
