Great beer. Nice vibe.
THE brewery of excellence in Raleigh
Favorite spot in Raleigh for beer. New options weekly. Best stouts in the business!
Recommended by a local we were blown away with the hazy ipa’s, all so so good! As a fan of other half I was excited to see a collab Mexican lager which was also worth the drive! There’s a yummy food pod next door that smells amazing!
Really like the vibe here!! And it was dog friendly. We love a dog friendly locale!
Beer was good, but hazy is their default so they didn’t have much in light options. But they did have wine!! It’s also a bottle shops so leave with a bottle and enjoy their art!
Do I truly believe this is a 5 star taproom, yes. But I would be lying if I didn’t say that the main reason for my review was the patient & cool as funk chick working behind the counter who let me taste test at least half the beers being offered because I am not just picky but maybe a little sensorily sensitive, yet I didn’t need to explain any of this to her, she was just genuinely a patient & understanding person. Which to me is like the most cool. Irritable or otherwise opinionated bartenders can be an I guess quirky or genuine experience of being served at a bar, and understandable considering what they have to deal with some days, but a sweet & kind bartender? Rare & earn a business a 5 star review from someone who doesn’t give reviews too often. Because it’s also not often that I am met with understanding & consideration in cases like this. So thank you sweet bartender lady!
Great vibes great beer. Gay rights.
Nice brewery located next door to a wonderful food hall. The place was clean, quiet, and offered some tasty beers. The artwork on the walls gives a unique twist compared to your typical brewery.
My favorite neighborhood bar ! Suzie and Bailey are the sweetest ever and always greet us with a warm welcome whenever we stop by . The vintage markets are so fun ! We have been to a few of them and they have great vendors with awesome products ! We live in the neighborhood so having such an awesome brewery within walking distance is great for us . We also love that we can just pop buy after eating dinner at transfer co .
Burial is in my back yard and it's my spot to take my clients from outta town. I've always loved burrial beer but this taproom is way mo betta. I love the whole staff, There is a girl with pink hair that always deals with my questions which are definitely dumb, thinnkin I'm a beer nerd. Burial is awesome in Asheville but burial downtown is a vibe ya can't beat! The whole team is a home run! 🍻

Lady with the pink hair who served us was rude from the jump to my boyfriend and I. We had 2 samples, got an eye roll because of it, she obviously talked about us to her coworker, and we still ordered drinks. Will not be getting a second drink, and definitely won’t be back after being treated this way upon coming in for the first time.
Both of the beers we had tasted pretty subpar as well. Would recommend other brewing companies over this one.
An incredible vibe, a great location literally next door to Transfer Food Hall and all the tasty food they have, and a fantastic variety of delicious beers. They have a bunch of IPAs, sure, but they also have wheat beers, and several stouts/porters, sours, and even a cider. Whatever your taste, they'll have something that'll make you happy - they even have multiple great non-alcoholic options! And don't get me start on the absurd names for their beers. I love this place.
Simply put, Burial Beer rules. Great IPAs, friendly staff and very cool artwork.
Fortunately for my group it was close to closing with few people, giving us free rein to check out the work. I never thought I’d ever see a wall dedicated to the classic that is Point Break. Respect
Always great Beer, and what about the Staff? Great!
There is a beer here for all... Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Food hall is right through the back and of course beer, fantastic beers at that!!! One of my favorite joints to go to!!!
