Excellent Food and excellent service. Mark was very attentive and professional. He allowed me to order half tots and half sweet potato fries with a $1 upcharge which was fine. The burger was delicious. Homemade, not store bought. The goat cheese made all the difference. The sweet potato fries could have been cooked a little longer. And you get a discount if you pay with cash. Tables were clean and spaced out.
My husband and I visited on a Thursday night. We ordered several drinks and loaded tater tots. The drinks were great and the food was delicious. I didn’t get our bartender’s name but she had cool purple hair and was quick and friendly. Clean place, good music, cool brewery vibe but more of a bar/restaurant. Full selection of liquor and great beer on tap. Reasonable prices. Will go back!
Great service! Great food. 4% discount for cash. Cool laid back atmosphere. Prime Rib sub was awesome! Chicken BLT was very good, juicy and well seasoned.
Excellent place to watch the NFL games with family, friends and good food choices.Raleigh's 401 corridor has needed a good sports themed restaurant with a talented bartender and Buried Hatchet has full-filled it.I strongly encourage everyone to come out and try it. You will not be disappointed.
This place is a hidden gem! Everything was absolutely delicious and fresh. The staff was extremely friendly, easy going and fun. We had Jaquee, who completely exceeded our expectations. She was sweet, attentive and quick. My burger was a little undercooked (flavor was absolutely delicious), not only did they replace it with the side that I ate (the sweet potato fries are heavenly and I highly recommend) they comped it too! Did not expect that at all and I just thought was so generous. Not even chain restaurants do that.Needless to say, we are going to make this a regular place. The restaurant was super spacious, well decorated and kid friendly, while still feeling like a nice dining experience. They even had live music! It was beautiful.I recommend the beef nachos, the sweet potato fries and the prime rib sandwich. Cannot go wrong.
Tried 3 different tacos ? for lunch.. They were all delicious. Brisket was flavorful. The shrimp taco was awesome! I hear they added fried ? to appetizer menu. Gonna have to try it!
This place has been badly needed in this area. Great food and portions. The staff is attentive and good at what they do.I’ve read some of the other recent reviews and I think people need to remember that most service businesses are understaffed and this particular business has been open only about two months. Extend some grace while they grow and perfect what they have and need to adjust. As far as the “dead roach” mentioned, the whole place is expertly decked out for Halloween which happens to include fake bugs. And I believe one review is from a disgruntled ex employee as I have not seen her there for almost 2 weeks.I say give this place a try or two before passing judgment, they are going to succeed. Let’s support them.
Love this place! Freshly cooked food. They have the best breakfast and it’s so cheap it should be illegal. Lol $8 for a meat choice, eggs, home fries and two huge buttermilk pancakes. We also had some drinks here and the bartender was amazing. He gave us amazing service and was so sweet. We came a few minutes after breakfast was done and he asked the cook if they would still serve us breakfast and the cook/chef was kind enough to say yes.I wish I remembered his name because he deserves this credit.Cook or chef was also so great. We had dinner here as take out and I had the tacos and they were so delicious and filling. Their sweet potato fries were so good too!Totally worth it and so happy that they finally brought a bar to this area that also has great food and we can come and drink here OR have a nice family lunch/dinner
Great service, Great food, I am so glad there is something close to home that offers food and drinks. We need to support local!!
Atmosphere was great, beer selection: drank unicorn farts... amazing and glittery. Bishop made excellent food recommendations of which all were spot on. Will go back

Took my daughter here for lunch yesterday. Staff was very friendly and great with kids. Food was good and I liked the atmosphere. We will be back!
Good Food! Fast Friendly Service! Lots of Potential! Check it Out!
I loved everything, the food, the service. Everything was spectacular. I highly recommend others to try out this restaurant.
Service was excellent and the food was absolutely delicious. I'm always nervous about trying new places since I have picky kids but there was something for everyone and we all loved it. Servers were very attentive and made our experience so enjoyable. We came on a Friday where there was live entertainment which was lovely! It wasn't too loud and overwhelming. I highly recommend it!
This place is amazing, like, really amazing!! Everything was so tasty, yet a bit unique at the same time. For instance, the tator tots had this extra crunch that I've never had in a tator tot. And the dipping sauce that comes with the tator tots is fantastic. We had the Loaded Grilled Cheese - so good! It even had a smokey flavor to it.Berried Salad - so fresh and the housemade berry dressing had me begging them to give me extra to take home.Beef Nachos - no pic of these because they went so fast. They were excellent. This restaurant is definately at the top of my list. We have plans to go back and try more off the menu. We could really tell the owner has put a lot of thought into the menu and having fresh tasty ingredients.
