Cafe Carolina has consistently been a favorite for me and my fiancé. We love coming here, and when Covid hit, we made a point of it to keep visiting to help them avoid the same fate of countless other restaurants. Honestly though, it's been a tough year and we haven't been able to visit since they got their new location, but boy is it beautiful! It might not have the same charm as their old building, but it is a wonderful spot (and the parking situation is a bit better in my opinion). On that same note, it's been a year since we visited and they still remembered us! It's not often (if ever) you find a place with quality food and service, let alone someplace that's going to remember you A YEAR LATER without visiting. As long as Cafe Carolina's doors are open, we'll be coming!

And for those of you who live in the Berkshire complex, you are SO LUCKY

Tomato soup usually is thick - very liquid and seems to have some kind of oil based tastes so bland. Unsure ? so didn’t eat it.

Not a favorite at all. The food & service is mediocre and not worth waisting my money. There are so many better places. Even Panera is better than this place. When you walk in you feel like you’re in a retirement cafeteria.

Nice quiet place. Service was fast. WiFi was quick. Sandwich I got was tasty. Turkey berry. Sandwich, chips and a coffee were $15 which is pretty affordable here. And the sandwich was huge. I’ll def come again.

Parking: Down the hill on the left is free parking. You’ll have to go up some stairs but it’s not a lot of effort for this cute little spot.

DON’T VACUUM WHILE PEOPLE ARE DINING! $33 for two people (wrap and quiche/soup combo) plus a credit card fee to use a debit card on top of that. Had to pack up to-go in the middle of our meal because the grumpy lady who took our order decided to vacuum 45 minutes before close.

Kind of overdone location for counter service. You order one counter and pick up at another. I don't see it on the menu now, but I had something with chorizo and had an upset stomach the rest of the day. No hurry to return.

Expensive Airport food and you get the pleasure of bussing your own table! yeah!
I knew we were in trouble right away when I saw that you waited in line to place your order and then you picked it up at another counter. This place looks and operates exactly the way a food service place in an airport would operate. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, however they stop serving most breakfast items at 11am. This makes no sense in the context of Brunch. The food was ok, but decidedly industrial. The Quiche was microwaved, unevenly. The soup was from Sysco and not very good. The silverware was Cheap throwaway Plastic, and was worthless. (certainly not good for the environment) If you ask for pepper, they give you a little packet. I would be surprised to find out that they actually bake anything there. It certainly does not smell like any bakery that I have been in. I would not recommend it, and I will not return. If I wanted airport food, plastic forks and airport service, I would just go to the airport.

Only bad thing. The six or seven men talking so loud and not caring about other customers. There most mornings from 8 to 10. Known to the staff as the boys. That is the reason I leave. But staff and food are outstanding.

I’m always pleased with the food here! Perfect place for soup and sandwiches. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of seating. The staff have always been friendly and helpful when I’ve dined in. I don’t like the parking garage, but have found other places to park that have been convenient.

Iced coffee, yuck! Chicken noodle soup had to be from a can...an old can. The turkey sandwich was thrown together and lacked flavor...
