Cafe Tiramisu is locally owned by the DeMartino family. It remains one of my favorite restaurants in North Raleigh. Cafe Tiramisu recently moved its location across the parking lot to the former restaurant space it had occupied for years. The restaurant is stunning! Upscale but not pretentious. Nothing like it in North Raleigh! My guest and I sat in the bar area and shared the Clam appetizer with the homemade chips. A large dish and so good. For dinner, I had Chicken Lemone, and my friend had the flounder special. Both were wonderful dishes. Rhett was our bartender. Rhett was very attentive, and the service was spectacular as usual. I will definitely be back.

We have been regular patrons for many years. Now they are at their new location and the ambience is just stunning. The food, service and value have been the highlights of the past and with this recent move the feel and look are over the top. The night of our most recent visit it was only their second night at the new location so there was a minor glitch in the food preparation that we have not seen before. Honestly, on all other visits our food has been 41/2 to 5 stars. This is a beautiful restaurant and perfect for any occasion including special date nights. JD did a terrific job decorating his restaurant. The bar area is a big attraction and fills up quickly. Though much larger than at their last location, the intimacy is still excellent. There simply no other Italian restaurant in North Raleigh that can rival Cafe Tiramisu.

What a great meal! Was a little worried to see the location in a strip mall, but once inside, the warm welcome and food took you to Italy!🇮🇹. Bread, amazing! All of us got different pasta and the only disappointment was we couldn’t take the left overs with us. My husband loves lasagna and said this was the best he ever had. And he’s had a lot of lasagna in many different states and countries. If we happen to be in Raleigh again, we will certainly be back.

When we go out to eat it's not just about the food, but it's usually about the people we are with and as importantly, the people who service. The folks at Café Tiramisu make you feel like they are happy you are there. Make you feel like you welcome and are treated like family. It's not for show, they really have awesome people working there. They are engaging really good at what they do and make the experience amazing. Can't wait to go back.!!!

Rhett was a great bartender and server! All the waiters/waitresses there are wonderful. And the menu and food is amazing. Have had at least 7 entrees. And the toasted bread with a fresh minced basil in olive oil is mouthwatering. Hope that never goes away!
