Fantastic meal and service! The scallops and risotto were outstanding as was their seasonal salad with pumpkin vinaigrette!
We've always enjoyed dining at Cafe Tiramisu! The service is consistently spot on and the food absolutely delicious. It was a little chilly in the restaurant for my liking, but certainly not enough to spoil the evening. My husband always orders the Black Forest Manhattan — he swears no one does it better than Cafe Tiramisu!
One of my favorite places for dinner. Sat at the bar before our bar reservation and was able to just order from the bar which was nice. It was a very busy night so we waited a little longer as a result but overall the staff kept up well and everyone was very nice. My friends apps were great. My cocktail was a little sweet but that's due to the type I ordered and I had a NY strip that was a little overcooked, but everything else was great.
You will not be disappointed if you have a dinner here. The food is exceptional! The service is outstanding! Go enjoy a fantastic Italian meal!
Food was good. Service was terrible. Rude beyond rude. There are tons of great restaurants that appreciate business. A party of six she got a 20% gratuity she didn't deserve. I won't be back. And if she was having a bad night she should have called in sick and not been rude to my table of friends who were there to have fun. Just a nasty young woman.
The food, service and staff were outstanding. However the table of six next to us were obnoxiously loud and inconsiderate and ruined our anniversary dinner. So sad.
Cafe Tiramisu is our date spot, anniversary spot, special occasion spot when we have family in town and anything else we can think of. The staff is incredibly friendly and some of the same faces every time who recognize us when we come in. This place is the best Italian food in Raleigh hands down with unique and well executed dishes no matter what you order. I went for the first time in college in 2010 and will continue going back any chance I get.
Tight, cramped dining space.... After being seated for about 20 minutes we had to ask the hostess if we had a waiter coming.... Then had to ask the waiter if they had any specials (which they did).... Received one of our 2 salads with NO dressing at all; he brought a little in a cup about 5 mins later (with no apology). Main entree of chicken parm had no taste at all. Pretty disappointing experience all around.
Have eaten here many times. Does not matter what you order, its always good. The wait staff are great and very pleasant. Keep up the great work and we will see you soon.
The best around. The food is delicious (as are their cocktails), as consistent as it is quite reasonably priced for a restaurant whose menu and service is of such high caliber. Hands down, Cafe Tiramisu is our favorite restaurant in the Triangle.

Always a wonderful doing experience at Cafe Tiramisu. Our server John is always at the top of his class making every guest feel as though he is entertaining them personally in his home. Northern Italian cuisine served at Tiramisu is the best in the triangle. The Veal Saltamboca and Veal Osso Bucco are two of my favorite dishes while my husband is a big fan of the Lasagna. Cocktails from the Bar are always top shelf and expertly prepared. Be sure to save room for their signature dessert.....TIRAMISU!
Great experience, food and service! Only problem is that the place is a bit small but it's not a deal breaker. Great prices for the quality.
The best Italian cuisine in Raleigh! Friendly staff make for a wonderful dining experience.
Food was excellent, prepared expertly. Our server, John, was great, there when needed, not rushing at all. A great evening!
We went for a belated anniversary dinner. The food and service were great. It's a small restaurant so the noise level feels a bit high, but in a small space it's to be expected, imo. Food portions were big so I had leftovers (yay!). I wish I had opted for wine vs a cocktail but that's on me... Highly recommend.
