Cafe Tiramisu is locally owned by the DeMartino family. It remains one of my favorite restaurants in North Raleigh. Cafe Tiramisu recently moved its location across the parking lot to the former restaurant space it had occupied for years. The restaurant is stunning! Upscale but not pretentious. We have been regular patrons for many years. Now they are at their new location and the ambience is just stunning. The food, service and value have been the highlights of the past and with this recent move the feel and look are over the top. The night of our most recent visit it was only their second night at the new location so there was a minor glitch in the food preparation that we have not seen before.
