This a beautiful set up and the staff was soooo friendly. This would be a great place for a girls days or a smaller event based on the set up they have. I believe the owner said they only do the cake cups and they do have a food menu and cater as well.
The strawberry was my favorite out of all of them. Honestly the cake was a little too moist for me almost wet. But if could just be a personal preference! The favor was good! And the price is fair as well! Black owner business. Very friendly and professional! I would go back and try more flavors!

First of all, the shop is so cute! Like absolutely adorable. Second of all, the customer service was excellent. Third of all THE CAKE??? Is BOMB! It is so so good, and the perfect amount of cake. I love that it comes in a jar, it’s so convenient.

The food was so good that I didn’t even get dessert as the host! We hired Cake Couture to cater a business party. The staff was there early to setup. The presentation was beautiful. The staff refreshed the food frequently, and the crowd was in love with the food. Cake Couture’s staff also picked up plates and tidied up at the end of the event at The Fairview.

We were in Raleigh for a soccer tournament and found this adorable little cake shop close to WRAL Soccer Park. Not only was the cake DELICIOUS, but they make their own popcorn and it is probably the best flavored popcorn I’ve ever had. There is so much flavor you literally taste the seasoning in every bite! My husband made me hide it from him so he doesn’t eat it all! The lovely woman who helped us mentioned they are going to start shipping soon and I hope that includes popcorn because I NEED this in PA!!! I got the smoky barbecue and it has this smokey, yet sweet, yet a smidge of spice flavor and it melts in your mouth - I’m not kidding, this stuff is LEGIT. If you’re in Raleigh, you need to get there. It’s adorable inside, the staff is incredibly sweet and nice, and the cake and popcorn are divine!!!

Let me say… I own Fat Tuesday and I work nonstop at the bar. I have no time to cook home cooked meals anymore. We have food and it’s good but it’s bar food. I wanted a home cooked meal. I ordered the fried ribs, macaroni and cheese, cabbage, rice and jerk chicken (my husband was eating too). Let me tell you…. I ate good! It all was delicious! It was plenty of food too! Nothing but crumbs left. Don’t walk, run and get you some food now! 🙌🏾😋

I work across the pond from their shop and I love it. It's so cute on the inside, I saw they had board games for people and such a cozy space. And the treats? So good! I've only been twice but both times I've loved what I got. I tried the cookies and creme rice krispie so yummy and I recently got the oatmeal creme pie cake in a jar and it was on point! I guess it's a good problem to have a place with yummy treats near my job 😄

We recently had Cake Couture cater our wedding at the Grand Marquis Ballroom. We are absolutely glad that we chose them. The food and service was AMAZING. They made us feel more like family than customers. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

Our wedding was in April 2025 and we couldn't have asked for a better caterer ! Brie and her team did not miss a beat, absolutely amazing from beginning to the end. From the appetizers to the main course and the cake. We had chicken and waffles, shrimp kabobs , bourbon salmon, herb chicken, potatoes, salted caramel cake, just to name a few lol..People often have low expectations about wedding food in general but not over at Cake Couture 🤤 , every bite was full of flavor and will pass the eye test. We received and continue to receive so many compliments about how good the food was, the temperature, the taste, the look, the presentation, …. In addition to the catering team, they were attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Thank you so much for making our day special and the food even more memorable. Our guest will continue to talk about it for days to come. Cake couture will not disappoint, we highly recommend.

Its appearance suggested an amateur baker and decorator. The cake's texture was dry and crumbly, similar to cornmeal cornbread. The owner's professionalism was lacking, with poor communication and unreliable commitments. She excelled at sales but failed to deliver on promises. Our attempts to support black-owned businesses in Raleigh-Durham for our children's weddings yielded consistently poor service and overpricing. Price wasn't an issue, but quality and disappointment were significant concerns. Hopefully, others fared better.

Looking to order a cake from them but their hours are incorrectly posted online. You call they have different hours, then I show up during the hours they list on their voicemail and the place is closed. Outside the building it says appointment only but they make it extremely difficult to even get in contact with them. Website also provides zero information but just pictures.

They are the best! We got cakes from them for our grand opening they these were delicious!! Yam yam yam.
