Brie and Mariston catered our wedding and it was phenomenal. The food and service was excellent, and it was much cheaper (and tastier) than some of the much larger, well known catering companies in the triangle. After my first bite during our tasting I was ready to sign the contract. Not only were all of our guests taken care of, Brie made sure that we were fed (and had food to go in case we were still hungry). I was at a wedding yesterday in Garner at The Distillery and I have to leave a review for the caterers, Cake Couture. They catered the wedding and the dinner was so delicious. We had both chicken and brisket. So flavorful and tender. All of the food was great! We were one of the last tables served and the food came out hot. That doesn't happen often when your plate is brought to your table. If they had a food restaurant, I would eat there! Of course I couldn't this review...
