Lot's of reasons to LOVE Caribou. Good coffee (regular coffee - not the crazy stuff) is really good! Relaxing atmosphere makes it a great place to relax or meet with someone (personal or professional). No snooty attitude from the very friendly employees!

Breakfast food has gone way downhill unfortunately; I used to like their bagel sandwiches. Now it's just pre-packaged egg sandwiches on a plain rubbery bagel, no options other than plain bagel (and they ask you to tip for heating up a pre-assembled sandwich!). Even McDs assembles the sandwiches to order.

I’ve really enjoyed Caribou since moving here but recently on my last several visits the service has not been good at all. Ordering through the drive thru is almost always a cluster the workers frequently don’t get things right but maybe that’s an issue with the quality of their speaker system. However, I have also noticed inconsistencies with the quality including the flavor of the same crafted press order tasting differently on three occasions. Once, food order was cold, utensils not packed, etc. Yesterday I ordered a box of coffee and they didn’t include anything with it, I had to go back to the store to have it remade, and today they also messed up simple things we asked for on our order like no whipped cream on the hot chocolate. It’s frustrating to get home and see your order isn’t right. They need new or more better equipped management and employees here.

My favorite coffee place! The staff is awesome and the coffee is the best around. Good place to meet a friend, have a business meeting, or get a little work done.
Hit or miss.Their website is REALLY bad, and you can't look at the coupons without creating an account, and their account system is TERRIBLE. It was built with a free software called WooCommerce, so naturally when you try signing up you get all sorts of errors.

Food great, service is standard. The reason I leave a 3 star review is that tipping culture had worked its way into the drive thru area. I use to come here regularly. Why would I want to swing by for coffee and pay extra. Someone was not Extra attentive to any dining needs I have nor did they give me anything special or a provide a unique experience. Tipping in the drive thru is entirely illogical.

I won’t come back here for a few reasons. For one, I’m getting sick of the requests everywhere for tips when the business should be paying their own workers. Secondly, the worker was quite rude and when I asked for a sesame bagel rather than a plain one, he responded they don’t do that. The bagel sandwich was thrown together, but it was okay. My green tea latte was actually warm milk with a little bit of green food coloring in it. Not good.
