I'm a football fan, but the volume of the TV was so loud I couldn't even hear myself think. Milk Bar across the street even has music playing at a good volume, but nothing too crazy!

After Thanksgiving, my hubby and I decided to step out for a double date, and we stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant for the very first time. Let me tell you, it was hands down one of the best decisions we've made in a long time. The experience was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible waitress/bartender, Maria.

Maria was nothing short of a superhero. She was the only person working the entire front of the house, juggling an impressive 10 tables at once, with at least 50 other customers dining in the restaurant—all by herself. Not only was she managing it all seamlessly, but she did it with a smile, grace, and a level of professionalism that I can only describe as extraordinary. The place was buzzing with energy, yet Maria handled every single request with poise, and we never once felt neglected or rushed. It’s rare to see someone juggle so much and still provide such a high level of service.

And let’s talk about the food—wow. From the moment we sat down to the last bite, everything was exceptional. You could taste the quality, and it was clear that the kitchen takes real pride in their dishes. But what really stood out, beyond the food, was the customer service. Maria truly elevated our experience. You could tell she was running the show, and yet she made sure each and every table felt taken care of, creating an atmosphere that was both relaxed and energetic at the same time. It's not easy to do, but Maria made it look effortless.

It’s moments like these that remind me of how much work goes into making a dining experience great, especially when it’s just one person handling a full house. Maria deserves every bit of recognition for not only keeping it all together but for making us feel like we were her top priority the entire time. People don’t always understand how demanding this job can be, and when you see someone excel like Maria did, it’s nothing short of impressive.

I will absolutely be coming back the next time we’re in town, and I highly recommend anyone in the area to stop by—if for no other reason than to experience the kind of service that Maria provides. She made what could have been a stressful, chaotic dining experience feel like a seamless, enjoyable morning. Well done, Maria! You’re the true MVP of this restaurant!

If I could give a zero, I would. We asked for a high chair 3 times never got it, so we got it ourselves. All the drinks were wrong. I had to walk up and put the kids order in because after 30 min of waiting, we received no service. The place was practically empty. I ordered a cheese pizza got a pepperoni. We don’t eat pork. The pizza was cold not cooked through. My friends ribs were cold not cooked through. When I finally received my order they put ingredients I specifically told them I did not want. Horrible customer service. I was a waitress, so I always give tip but this was so horrible it’s a no for me.

Visiting Raleigh for a week and this is the upscale "B-Dubs" that I'm looking for! First, the food - The wings were well done how I like them, beers were cold and tasteful, and the customer service was excellent. Shoutout to Faith who I met on a Thursday and showed the utmost compassion as I was apologizing about coming in after 1pm. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and gave great recommendations on where to go in the city - Come visit!

Our server Maria handled our large group with attentive care, making sure our orders were accurate, hot, and amazing. Food was excellent - definitely recommend the buffalo chicken dip for a starter. Service was incredible - absolutely recommend Maria!
