I usually visit this Brier Creek ale house because the service is usually pretty good. I have to say this time was the worst I’ve ever had it. One the waitress took 15 minutes before she took my order after she hand me the menu because she was flirting with the regulars. Then she never came back after I got my food to see if I was fine. And then when I got ready to leave and get checked out, the guy didn’t even remember whose credit card it was he handed it to the wrong person. On my way out the door the greeter didn’t even say. Have a nice night or good night that’s very poor customer service. Also, there were a few regulars, the same regulars that she was flirt with they were very loud and obnoxious in the language was wasn’t quite my choice.

Really good food and waitress was very good. I can't remember her name. We were there on dec 26th around 8pm and sat in a booth near the back.

Lesha was super sweet. She treated us lile family and kept a smile on her face the whole time we were there. You gotta try the cheese curds and the spinach dip.

The customer service is top tier!!!! Especially Ms. VonGretchen!! She should be the trainer for ALL locations on how to greet and treat customers!!

First time trying this location, I ordered the 12 grilled wings half garlic parm half honey bbq and wokeup 7 hours later running to the toilet with powerful liquified explosive diarrhea! The longest I’ve been on the toilet in a while. Very uncomfortable and disappointing. They tasted so good going down too smh. Ate them in the dark on the way home, I just hope they were done all the way. I always order the fried wings with the same exact sauces from other locations and never had this problem. I will not be returning to this location for their wings at least.
