We had tried a couple other caters for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding. We went to try the bbq at his food truck and we loved it! Fit wedding we got pulled pork, pulled chicken, burnt ends, Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and potato salad. I have to say what people remember about weddings is the good if it was good or bad. So happy we chose Carolina Moes we were not disappointed. The food was delicious all night getting feedback that food was good! Everyone’s favorite was Mac and cheese and burnt ends. Don’t forgot to order your burnt ends! Everything was delicious the pulled pork and chicken had so much flavor and the ribs were spectacular! Thank you so much for great service and great food!!!

I would like to thank Carolina Moe’s BBQ for making my event so special! They helped me make a budget friendly menu (still had quite a bit left over, but that was on me lol.) Great communication throughout the process. Customer service was amazing, super friendly people, food was delivered on time and set up was perfect! The most important part, everyone loved the food. I will definitely be using their service again!!

Just had a BBQ plate with fries and green beans. THE BEST BBQ I have eaten!!!! Tender, juicy and smoked to perfection. And those green beans were seasoned perfectly. I don't know what they put on them but Oh.My. Gosh!!! Amazing food and great service too!

They catered our son’s wedding this past weekend and we cannot say enough about them. Moe and his team were phenomenal! They worked tirelessly from the time they arrived until the time they left. The food was amazing and everyone raved about it. The bride’s parents hired them so I only know that they got the full service package and it did not disappoint. They were out clearing tables and attending to guests that came back looking for more. They neatly packed the leftovers and stuck around to make sure they could be of any assistance if needed. SO Friendly and professional! I had never heard of them but now that we have we will be hunting their food truck down often! Would not hesitate to recommend them in a heartbeat. Also want to add that my in-laws own and operate a restaurant in SC and as owners and operators in the industry they can be a bit more critical of details that we may not catch and even they could not stop talking about how perfect they did. Finally, we have catered bbq before from other places that are well known in this area for our other son’s wedding and they were all great but they don’t touch Carolina Moe’s!

I got the BBQ plate with the baked beans and Mac and cheese 🤤🤤.. it was so amazing!!! Has to be some of the best BBQ I've eaten in years...The sweet sauce was the chef's kiss... I will definitely be going back!!!

Moe and staff catered an engagement party for me, and I can’t say enough about how great they were. We did a pig pickin’ and all of the food was outstanding!! They were so easy to work with, courteous and professional. I will definitely be following their food truck and ask them to cater for me again!

Tried them on 6/3/25. My family and I just moved to the area last August from Texas. So, I'm born and raised around traditional Texas bbq. I've had it all. I've tried a few places around town here and the only bbq joints I've been to that I like has been Texas brisket. All the bbq sammiches I've had left something to be desired... SMOKE. So, I had a feeling the Carolina Moe's crew might be able to satisfy that craving. They did! and beyond. Hooked me up with some fried pork skins too and man... I've had a lot of varieties over the years and I could NOT stop eating those haha. Needles to say, I will be back! I sampled my crews plates too. The pork belly burnt ends were great, chicken wings were perfect and the brisket fries are hawg heaven! Keep it up y'all!
The BBQ was excellent but what stood out was the teams’ approach with Mac n’ Cheese and Beans. Both were lightly spiced which tasted great.

First of all Moe is the nicest guy, BUT what’s important since he’s a food truck guy is that his food HITS. Let me tell you, his bbq & ribs will not disappoint. We had the ribs with the smoked bacon as well as his loaded fries with bbq/mac - PERFECTION.
