Moe's Carolina BBQ catered our staff appreciation event for around 1,000 people at NC State's College of Veterinary Medicine, and they were beyond fabulous from start to finish! Moe and his team were so friendly, easygoing, and just a joy to work with. Not to mention the food was amazing! We heard nothing but praise from everyone who attended. They really helped make our event special, and we couldn’t recommend them enough.

The BBQ and wings are both fantastic, the Mac’n cheese is loaded with savory flavors, the loaded French fries were LOADED, and the zucchini fries were perfection. I was at Durham Central Park and had THE BEST BBQ sandwich from Carolina Moe’s food truck that I have ever eaten! I am a vinegar based bbq person and this sandwich did not disappoint in the least…just the right amount of sour and heat. Oh and those rosemary dusted French fries, so yummy. Hoping to find them again! Try them out.

Carolina Moe's came to our neighborhood for a Thursday night food truck event. We got BBQ sandwiches, buffalo cauliflower, fried zucchini, French fries, and mac n cheese. The bbq was so so good. The slaw was flavorful with a little crunch and the bbq had a nice vinegary kick to it. The breading on the fried zuchinni was so so good. The mac n cheese was different (in a good way, tasted like some fresh herbs mixed in) and really ooey and gooey. They gave us a sample of the pork belly burnt ends and it was melt in your mouth. I also thought the price was fair given the portion sizes! Service was excellent. Overall great experience and I'd recommend them to everyone!
Oh my gosh Moe's is AMAZING! We went to the Beer Bourbon and BBQ festival, and Moe's had a tent there so we decided to try it and it was SO good! We got the loaded brisket fries and dry rub wings ???? Loaded brisket fries were so delicious I can't even describe it. I had at least 5 people ask me where I got it as I was walking around. When I got home, I realized they've won awards for their BBQ which doesn't surprise me at all, BUT y'all are too modest! Advertise your accomplishments ? Will definitely go there again and keep up with their schedule. Pictures don't do it justice.
