This “health food store” uses Herbalife highly processed, non-natural and pre-packaged powders for beverages. Not natural, fresh or whole ingredients despite “nutrition” and “health” labeling. Tasted good but if you are looking for something healthy this is not it. It was roughly the same as drinking candy. If you are curious, look up Herbalife on Wikipedia for details on multiple international studies that have shown links between Herbalife and serious health issues. Staff was very friendly and place was very clean.

The orange cinnamon roll shake is so good! I’m not usually a fan of very sweet protein shakes but this one is just delicious. Service was also excellent, so friendly and welcoming! Will definitely be back.
YUM! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Carolina Nutrition. The lovely human in charge was so helpful and made it easy for us toselect our shakes. I super picky when it comes to healthy-we food choices. I hate most protein powders and if I am having a smoothie, it needs to be delicious. In most places that means LOTS of calories and carbs. That was not the case here. Human-in-charge said all of her shakes are under 300 calories with at least 24g protein. I for the key lime pie and my husband got the green machine. I thought both were delicious. 10/10, would recommend.
Dietary restrictions: My husband cannot have gluten or dairy and it was very easy to find a shake that worked for him.
