So although I had a great server I want to make an observation that I have experienced at this location so many times by the hostess. STOP SITTING BIG PEOPLE AT BOOTHS. I get that they are young and don't understand it but it put people in an awkward embarrassing circumstance watching someone push big folks into a both time after time is an insane reality at this location. It's simple you see a big person ask them if they prefer a booth or a table. You don't have to assume. The food yall serve is very filling. And it's a point of correction I have elected to just sit at the bar to avoid the feeling but let's get it right already its the difference between filling the resturant and people going next door to olive .

We drove to Raleigh from Charlotte to visit family that was there from Massachusetts. It was a party of 6, and they were able to get us seated within 15 minutes. Waitress was socially friendly and did an exceptional job. Food arrived in a timely manner and was exceptional. We lingered at the table for about and over an hour after we were finished eating, and the Waitress still kept seeing if we were in need of anything. It made for an excellent experience.

When visiting the Raleigh area, the Carrabba’s on Capitol Boulevard is always a stop for me and my son. We have been coming here for years. The main reason for us returning each time when we travel over an hour to come there is the very sweet and caring Manager named Angie. She has been the most consistent person I’ve ever seen in a restaurant and I come from the hospitality world. It seems like she’s working every day always. I see why more restaurants need managers like Angie. My child is special needs and it has been a place I can take him with no judgment since he was young. Tonight at dinner my son said I only wanna come here if Angie is working that speaks volumes!!! We will definitely return to our favorite place to eat in Raleigh, Carrabba’s on Capitol Boulevard!
