Their menu features a variety of sandwiches, including the popular buffalo chicken wrap, and sweet treats like kolaches. The potato salad makes a great side dish, and the baked beans are also delicious. While some dishes, such as the chipotle mayo sandwich and chicken velvet soup, may not meet expectations, the kolaches and street corn are definite highlights. The grilled cheese with tomato soup is a must-try—rich, tangy, and herby with prominent basil. The kolaches, especially the Spinach & Artichoke and seasonal Peach & Cream flavors, are soft and springy. Carroll's Kitchen also provides excellent catering services, with helpful and communicative staff. Lovely food, lovely people!
