Love this Raleigh treasure. My wife is celiac and they always work with her to insure her meal is gluten free. The rest of us eat everything!!!!!

My waitress was Alyssa. She brought out the salads after she brought out the food when I specifically asked for it first. The food was cold and she had to reheat it. I don't recommend this place. Waiters are irresponsible.

For over 50 years, the absolute best Italian food, the best service and a fabulous atmosphere. You will not be disappointed and you will also not go broke eating there.

Went with a party of 20+ and had 1 server that was supposed to take care of all of us along with regular tables, which is not possible to do for one person efficiently. Also seemed like the kitchen could not manage things well either. Our food came out over a 20+ minute period, so several people had been long finished with their meal before others ever received their meal. I got Ziti with meat sauce and it was luke warm when it arrived and the meat sauce was bland at best. Others said their food was good, so not all had less than good food, but everyone had something to complain about by the end. Everyone constantly had empty glasses for extended periods of time.

First time and last time at this restaurant. We visited tonight and the restaurant was busy. Front of house seemed scattered and unorganized. Once seated our waitress was friendly but over committed. We waited about 40 mins for food. My son's pizza came out first and it was not hot. About 20 mins after, two of our calzones came out. It took another 10 minutes before my lobster ravioli was brought out. It was undercooked and lacked seasoning. The amount of time between dishes being brought out was disappointing. The manager didn't stop by the table or we would have expressed our dissatisfaction. Overall this was not the dinner out we had hoped for our family.

I went many years ago and had many good experiences dining with family and food was always stellar. Recently I returned for Valentine's Day and the service was amazing but when the food got here (I ordered the spaghetti with meatballs) the noodles had an unusual consistency and felt and tasted as though they had been reheated. I did not want to put a bad review because of my good experiences with this place but the food tasted exceptionally different from what I was used to.Parking: Large and open parking lot.

Food was not that great. Service was not great but they said they were missing people. No issue spending money on good food but the food lacked flavor and seasoning.
Decades long customer with a recent miserable experience. Waiter's first day, which he repeated too many times, as he continued to fumble and stumble. Manager did not have this very young waiter ready to serve customers before putting him to work. Waiter forgot to bring salads prior to bringing entrees; also forgot to bring other items that he wrote down when he took the meal order. Regrettably, a sign of the times in the service industry. Waiter referred to my table as "you guys" ad nauseum, another fail. The bill was incorrect and the Manager had to get involved. It was the dining experience from Hell. I am a supporter of small businesses, but I may have had my last meal at this one.

Chicken was so tender! Bit disappointed in the fried cheese and veggies. Our waiter disappeared to the point I had to go ask around for him. We had been waiting for our check for 15 minutes and he was just gone. But prior to that he had been pleasant. We were looking for good Italian food, this worked.

We waited briefly (it was a Saturday night), but it was worth it! I had the most delicious meal. I tried the Beef Barciole which the waiter (Will) recommended as one of his favorites. He got it totally right. The sauce was full of mushrooms and a delightful tang. My dinner came with a salad which, as salad go, was one of the best salads ever! I highly recommend Casa Carabone as a must go if you're in the RDU area!
