the salted caramel with 50% sugar and brown sugar boba is incredible. they use costco soy milk creamer which is my favorite type of milk in a milk tea so that’s awesome

Atmosphere was incredibly chill and perfect to unwind or study. Food was refreshing and fulfilling and not even to pricey. My friend recommended this place to me, but I'll be coming back myself for sure.

Absolutely the bubble waffles here! They're reasonably priced and have been very soft whenever I've gotten them.
one of the best matchas i have had! also includes the ability to add toppings (boba for instance) to any regular drink. amazing staff and delicious snack foods. also free wifi which makes it a perfect study spot!
